Being an SCP implies there's anomalous property. The foundation wouldn't go after someone who just hasn't gone outside in 2 years.
This, could hold up, owo being imprisoned, tests, government, and the leak, it could all be bright releasing confidential information again, or it could be a foundation personal being hunted by a scp, the foundation then keeps then separated from everyone for their safety. OwO escapes and films the video, the foundation tracks it and captures him again. It would make a really cool arg and be a fun idea for a entry into the wiki.
