The best part about Creed as manager is how he basically re-enacted a shortened down version of what he saw Michael do over the years

On the other hand Dwight doesn’t care about those things he just cares about the betterment of the company

I think he got permission for that. With the release of the documentary, Toby's failures as an HR Rep were made clear to David Wallace, and he probably agreed to let Dwight fire him
I'd like to think that it's because of the way the company was structured while Michael was there. When he was there, there was corporate and then Sabre that have management over him. Dwight was directly under David Wallace and no one else, which pretty much gave him more authority than Michael ever had.
When Michael asked David if he could fire Toby, he said, "not without cause". Michael said, "be-cause I hate him". David said no...not "you don't have authority"
You should do a video with the ongoing Ed Truck joke. Like with all the times Michael talks about him or mentions him. How Michael goes from I hated the guy, to mentioning him in one of the later seasons "Ed Truck, who I liked"
