This drama is too good for this world, I'm so glad a drama like this exists especially with this cast they were perfectly chosen suit the role perfectly

This drama isn't like your average school drama it's more horrific, intense, graphic, dark, mindblowing and everything else in that category

It's so rare to see a drama with mostly rookie actors and with this level of acting. Congrats to the whole team.
You made this so that we would root for the protagonists even though we know deep down that they aren't good people. You played with our hearts. Hahah.
Also, Park Juhyun's performance was the best, I think. She was the meanest but you will still root for her. There is something about her aura in the series.
Hoping for a season 2.

as someone who has watched all his works from ateen, sky castle to itaewon class.... i am genuinely so proud to see dong hee take role after role and improve so much each time. he's such a versatile actor and it shows in how he portrays his characters. plus this drama is sO different. it might not be everyone's cup of tea but i bet you'll regret not giving it a shot. this one's right up my alley and had me hooked from the start. i'm really so happy that he landed this lead role huhu congrats my baby dong hee!!

Definitely one of my all time favourite dramas in my opinion. It’s unique story and being a non-typically kdrama, and all the actors were amazing. I’m definitely hoping for a second season with the same intensity. This show gave me the vibe a parasite when you watch it the first time, so I had to keep watching it and did searched about it but there isn’t much content about this drama even though there should be a lot more

This is a MASTERPIECE period. The story, the plot, the characters, the intense and deep feeling along the way of the story combine together. It is highly recommended, I hope there will be another seasons, yes seasons!!

I love the girl who played Gyuri (Park Joo-hyun) and Kim Dong-hee is in this drama my bae finally has his lead role, and all of them played their roles so good, spoiler:so sad that mr. Lee had to die ㅠ-ㅠ

To give you an idea of how AMAZING this drama is: “Your heart will beat so fast the whole time”. So many dark twists.

Getting to see a glimpse of how this drama became a masterpiece is so thrilling. Really, it's a work of art, in my opinion. Everything was well played and really balanced.
The writing and the premise is already a gem itself. How the director embodied the story and made it into something like this is really mindblowing. The dialogue of each character and how complex they are, how different yet pursues their own goals and wants. All the nuances of the story made sense. How every scene is staged and shot is another form of film art itself.
The actors, despite being rookies and young, gave justice to the hard work of the writer, director and all the staff. It's hard to imagine these young actors were able to illicit such emotions and personas that are completely way off their own personalities. Jung Dabin has been in the screen for a while ever since she is a child but its so refreshing to see her give life to Minhee's role and take on a very different genre. Park Joohyun and Nam Yoonsu are rookie actors, we haven't seen much of them before but the dynamics they brought to the drama is something that can't be put into words. Such smart acting.
And of course, Kim Donghee. Every drama he stars in, no matter the role, he brings out a different character everytime and its hard to imagine what his real personality is like outside of his roles. Like he said, it's truly like watching a different person and that's how we can tell that he is a brilliant actor. The future is bright for this boy.
Overall, the drama is a masterpiece. It makes you think of who you really are and how far you can go for something you want. It makes you reflect on your choices and its collateral damage. 100/10.

This drama shows how conventional the thinking is, how anyone around you is unpredictable and you may never know somethings regarding them. In simpler words, this is true human nature.

I havent recovered from this drama yet. this behind the scene have shown me how this amazing drama has been produced. The writer, director, producer, actors really did very great job. Although it was short bts, i love seeing how the director giving directions and guidance to these young talents to potray the characters. Every single character never dissapoints. I even tried to imagine whats gonna happen in season 2, like it will show their journey hiding from cops maybe, but seeing how crazy season 1 plot story, (especially ep9-10) you’ll never know whats gonna happen next. We dont know whats the writer will blow up us with. SEASON 2 PLEASE!

This drama is incredible, when Donghee said that he's proud of this drama listed on his filmography, I said I grateful I can watch this amazing drama, and for the 4 actors they are so good representative their role, for the first time i like drama this much, cant wait for the next season>

To anyone who feels not so right at the moment, DON’T WATCH THIS DRAMA RN. It’s so good, but really, mentally, it can be really hard to just see somebody getting into bad situations and having a lot of difficulties. At the beginning, it doesn’t seems like it but the more you get into the story, the harder it gets

The actors were absolutely amazing. The story line was so soo good. The meaning behind it and the depth of the characters was incredible. It’s very hard to find a series as good as this one now a day. This show is my absolute favorite. Keep up the good work!

I was just blown away by how good the writing and acting and directing were for this production! I was mesmerized and didn’t want it to be so short at only 10 episodes! When you can totally escape reality because you are so all into a drama then you know you’ve just seen something monumentally good! This isn’t my usual cup of tea, but I couldn’t turn away it felt so fresh and raw and totally captured the cause and effects of how our actions have consequences. Bravo!

Honestly, this drama is like none I've seen before. Even if it has dark subject matter, the writing is quick and witty. I found myself bursting out laughing at some parts, and that rarely happens with Kdramas because of the language/cultural barrier. The soundtrack is fire! Every time that opening cue plays I rock out! The directing is superb, the cinematography and artistry itself is great at holding tension and conveying complex ideas without having to have a monologue every other scene. I can't sing enough praises!! I really hope there is another season but I also like the way it ended, ambiguous and unclear. I hope all of the newbie actors in this show get so many more opportunities, too! They are soooo good.

Just when you think the situation cant get any worse, it does. This drama played with my feels, i couldnt get out of it even after a few days. Rewatched it a few times. Recommended it to my friends. The acting was superb, i could feel every ounce of emotion there is. If you like a good dark drama which will shed you to pieces, this is your cup of tea.

This drama is really good omg.. Also, Donghee's acting is literally on another level. After this, i started watching Itaewon class and i feel like his characters weren't played by the same person. The way he could change his expressions and personality to a completely different person in this drama is just showing how good of an actor he is. I think it is not easy to get yourself mentally in a role like this, bc thankfully this is not that common

Extracurricular was such a fascinating show that I couldn’t help but binge watch it all the day it came out, all of the actors’ and actresses’ performance in the show were captivating and really made their characters come to life. If you haven’t watched it yet, I highly recommend checking it out!

The best thing about this movie is...it talks about teens right, the way they expressed every situations is so relatable. Like i understand kind off about their actions, how desperate they are. This drama opens my mind.

I just finished this and it was a literal masterpiece from the writing to the acting to the cinematography and everything else in between. season 2 is a must, especially with the way that season 1 ended. PLEASE NETFLIX

Just finish this series and I was really sad about the ending..... i didnt imagined it would be a sad ending... definitely need season 2

Amazing drama, almost everything was perfect.. session 1 shows everything about Ji Soo's pain, hopefully there's session 2.. tell about Gyuri's pain, why she can't live with her parents.. what problem rich family has with their son.. waiting for session 2 🙂

This drama changed my outlook on what students in today's world face. It was more than your average kdrama and gave such a good/real insight into a younger generation's struggles that we often dismiss as adults. See how they are forced to mature and dabble in a society's dirt too early, too fast and too young without help. It was so good I pulled an allnighter to finish it.

This drama made me felt so much sadness for such a criminal that I never knew I could’ve felt, it really made me question my moral. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

i remember watching the trailer for this series and go "no thanks" but then every time i came across the thumbnail of the series on netflix, it intrigued me and made me want to know exactly what it was about. i then watched the first episode and binge watched the whole series and did an all nighter. was it worth it? *yes*
i'm so happy i watched it because it was very different from the average korean drama. i loved every single aspect of it, from the concept, down to the characters themselves.
so...... *where's season two at?*

The hardest part of this drama was finding myself rooting for each of these flawed characters at one point or another. They did a good job at making the viewers feel as confused and conflicted as the characters. I would find myself feeling bad for the character and wanting things to turn out the way they’d like but then that would either be criminally wrong or it would jeopardize another character. This was one heck of a roller coaster. 😱

I watched this because of Dong-hee but man the show is too good.. it hooked me completely and the fact it is very different to what i have watched in korean drama ..we want season 2 please

This is one of the best shows I've ever seen...I finished it all in one day it was so good. The acting was phenomenal, it wasnt as predictable as other dramas/shows, and it was a fun idea. I've been recommending this to everyone lol. Love it!

there's so much that this show gives, for some reason it gives me a comfort type feeling. It wasn't a typical drama but it wasn't an out-of-this world crazy show either. It was simply perfect

what i think happens in s2 is tht minhee gets a cncussion and has memory loss so she wont remember a thing while kitae runs away scared tht he would be caught for assault and jisoo and baek gyuri somehow manage to escape

An AMAZING drama. Wonderful writing, direction and acting. Kim Dong-hee is a star in the making.He is a young actor that really gets into character and can really take on edgy type roles. Boy, he’s great! Park Joo-hyun is wonderful too. Their relationship is so believable. I loved the series as it made me think about a lot of stuff. The whole cast were very good. An award winning drama. I loved the series.

I finished this drama the day after it was released and it was incredibly filmed and put together. The actors made a perfect storyline come to life and you really felt the fear and sadness they each went through. Great Job Extracurricular Team ❤️

I liked how this series gave me a headache, some anxiety and I was tensed and aggravated most of the time but I managed to finish in 2 days and now I need season 2! this is definitely very different from most dramas i've watched and i couldn't stop watching episode after episode because it was that intense and intriguing, kudos to the scriptwriter, director, and actors, for making this drama such a unique and amazing one!

I think its a low-key breaking bad teen drama,so intense and very unpredictable,it deals with problems in society specially teens experiencing right now which is a sense of self acceptance and social status in life.highly recommended👍👍👍
