Is Presidential Pardon something people add to their resumes or omit from their resumes? Or is it like an expungement thing where it then falls into the don't ask don't tell kinda area? Do they have to print a list of those people or is it one of those things where they can then go and just do all the things they couldn't do before the pardon? Granted, I don't know what that would be, but whatever it is, they, I guess, don't have to wait for a certification of forgiveness, or anything, I guess. 🤷♀️
Or is it a trick and despite the pardon they are retroactively gonna go back and tax the crap out of the previous profits from the original crime of the sale of Marijuana of those just pardoned so they can still get or hold them on tax evasion if they don't pay up since it isn't a crime now but the profit would be something taxable, I'm assuming, if its legal Federally?

As far as the pardon, accepting the pardon also means admitting guilt, so depending on the application questions they might have to disclose it
