So many people involved with the movie keep mentioning how great the script for the Barbie movie is and how it’s nothing like you’d expect if you heard that it’s a movie based on Barbie. Which makes sense since its written by Greta Gerwig. So I’m really intrigued now.

Greta and her husband Noah Baumbach are at best doing romance drama movies so really they're perfect choices to make Barbie. Them writing Barbie is to what Phil Lord and Christopher Miller writing The Lego Movie. In a way Barbie could've been a cash grab disaster but in the hands of Greta and Noah as writers, they could bring something interesting and unique out of this material like the same way Lord and Miller brought Lego Movie to the big screen

What I love about Ryan Gosling in interviews is how close he is to cracking himself up the whole time. He has such a good time.
As far as im concerned he absolutely turned the movie around with the song and dance with the Kens. I absolutely adored him singing and dancing. So freaking good.
I just saw The Gray Man & loved it! I usually don’t like action films, but Ryan is a wonderful actor & made the usually outlandish plots in action movies believable. It was also pretty funny too at times, I will definitely rewatch it. Can’t wait to see him as Ken! 🍿
Ryan makes a perfect Ken in my opinion. He’s charming & good-looking with charisma and presence. I don’t understand some people are not happy with him being casted as Ken. Casting is rarely a flop in Hollywood these days.
