- I threw down a tier list with my Korean friend Gong PD. We did a mix of both Western and Korean foods and had a battle of wits to see how we ranked them. Hope you guys enjoy this video, we had a lot of fun making it..and also clashed quite a bit, haha. Throw your own tier lists of today's foods in the comments! To be fair, the pizza they sell in Korea is nothing like pizza actually. And he said spaghetti is greasy, I've never had greasy spaghetti.
@@mellory2337 Yeah, saw Korean pizza is pretty...not you're expecting. Although incidentally, was watching a video in North Korea making Italian Pizza. Even if it is apparently one of the few pizza places there I wonder how the taste there is considering the lack that much of outside influence.

As a korean,Many Koreans love pizza and spaghetti and especially Korean style pizza is very popular in Korea. Spaghetti is also a popular menu with many delicious restaurants.You don't have to be offended because it's just these two men's opinion.

omer sahban Im not Italian but this rating needs a European opinion and a West-Asian opinion to it hahahahah how can pizza be down-rated, pizza is better than Ramen and Spaghetti, for me Ramen and Spaghetti are the same it’s greasy noodle (even though I like them hahahha) greasy stuff like noodle dishes and burger and sandwich should be all together on the same level hahahha

That's because so many people do it wrong. If you start adding sour cream where it doesn't belong, of course it will become greasy. I've seen people do that to Spaghetti Carbonara for example, which is just sad.

It’s because he used a Korean adjective that is very hard to translate into English and the clos st adjective would be greasy, that korean adjective just doesn’t exist in English

You don’t even have to be Italian to be disappointed that these two amazing foods got wrongfully placed in category D. I would say that burgers and fried chicken are the most greasy foods on the list! And sandwiches also got placed too low. This list was madness! Madness!

I really love how pizza was a favourite food of yours a few years ago and now you don't care for it anymore. I feel the same way about pizza and spaghetti. Used to be my favourite food, now I eat it very very rarely.
Man, Dave, you should try pizza in Sweden. It's amazing and probably so different from what you're used to in the US and Korea. It's literally a part of Swedish food culture these days. Not every small town has a supermarket, but every single one has one or more pizza parlors. Google "swedish kebabpizza", that's the stuff my man! I could eat that every weekend and not get tired of it I'm pretty sure. It's the Swedish hangover food.
I kinda get you on Spaghetti though. Used to love that stuff but as I've gotten older the appeal has decreased quite dramatically.
I eat ramyun like.... less than 10 times a year LOL. Gong PD is so funny omg hope to see him in future tier videos!!

I'm a pizza lover but honestly, since the time I went to Italy pizzas in my country don't taste the same :( But spaghetti I think It could have a higher place, cuz the problem is not the spaghetti but the sauce if you taste it greasy and it has a bunch of healthy variations. I am always astonished by the difference in thoughts on food from one country to another- or even from region to region!
Though, I think it's hard to rate "sandwich" or "burger" or "pizza" or "burrito" just because of how many different ways you can make each, and with really different ingredients.

i agree with dave on the burger vs ramyun rank lol. I am american and it has nothing to do with the vote lol. but I guess it depends how you compare the burger to ramyun. like mcd vs ramyun(ramyum would win but I love mcd) or a burger joint vs premium ramyun(shin ramyun black is overrated but a fresh grounded beef patty cannot lose with all those other goodies like homemade ketchup, grilled onions, etc etc unless you toss in that spam, egg, kimchi and cheese in your ramyum then we got a contest !! satisfaction and comfort never lies~ and wrap bibimbap into a burrito for gongpd

The rest Ive never tried but i know blood sausage porridge and raw octopus is F tier. *Any pizza I get is thin crust with little cheese and ingredients like spinach tomatoes and onion so it isnt greasy.

Anonymous Alexander I get my tacos from Taco Bell and my burritos from Izzos. Their burritos are the best.
When I was studying in Korea, there was a place called Dos Mas that only sold burritos and people were in love with it. He needs to go there or Taco Bell and try one.
Then they will think all burritos are like Taco Bell burritos and that would be a shame
