I love being sober. I used to think I had to be high at all hours to function. That it was helping my CPTSD. But after being sober for about two months now, I have 10x more motivation, way better work ethic, and I have less anxiety. It truly has made me think and feel so different. I cannot relate to the stoner I used to be nor do I want to be her again. It’s freeing to be able to not have to rely on any substance to make me feel okay.
