This has drama deserves all the awards. The writing, directing, editing, and acting. Everyone involved just did an amazing job driving it all home. Kim Soo Hyun did so good for his come back drama. No one could've portrayed Moon Gang Tae like he did, felt every moment of it and cried so much every time he teared up. I love Seo Ye Ji 's versatility. She is a power house and she proved it once again. Lots of love and hope to see them together again in a drama because their chemistry is on Fire
Everyone should watch this drama. There's a lot of hidden messages in this drama, I love how everyone portrayed their roles perfectly. This drama didn't just give us lessons but it also healed us in different ways. I'm so proud to all of you, the chemistry also KSH and SYJ gave was different it feels so real. We dont often get Kdramas like this that puts light on mental health issues. Yes, all Kdramas have plots that have conflicts and characters that have problems but they dont usually put the focus on the Psychology of it. It's Okay To Not Be Okay hits different when you're also in the similar shoes as the characters. Thank you for this wonderful show that has made me cry and learn at the same time. If this had a book, i would definitely buy and go through the whole story again. Lots of love from the Philippines! 💗
ㄹㅇ 용두용미 작품이었다.... 개인적으로 비밀의숲처럼 추리하고 사건 인과관계 따지는 드라마 좋아하는데, 도희재 서사는 사실 5분? 정도면 깔끔하게 어떻게 그녀가 살아돌아왔는지 등등 사건의 전말을 모두 공개할 수도 있었지만 가볍게 넘기고 '행복'에 집중함으로써, 비극적인 과거 묻고 행복하자는 힐링드라마로 만들어버림. 진짜 사이코는 작가님일지도.... 사람이 쓴 글이 맞나 의심스러울 정도로 훌륭함😭
Don't forget, the storyline technique using metaphora, relaying one by one fairy tale into the whole big plot of every episode is beyond amazing. Kudos to the all the production staff!
정말 이 드라마가 나온다는 소식을 들었을때부터 설렜는데 웃음과 감동,메시지 모두 캐리한 드라마라고 생각해요 동화라는 컨셉도 너무 잘 잡은 것 같고 카메라무빙마저도 너무너무 매끄럽고 배경음악도 ㅋㅋ(술취한 주리&강태 전용배경음악 넘 웃겼어요)특히 배우분들 모두가 각자의 캐릭터와도 너무 잘어울렸어요! 배우분들 합도 돋보였고요 그리고 완벽한 엔딩...고문영과 문상태가 동화를 만듦으로써 그 내용 속에 16부작에 등장한 인물들의 사연을 담기도하고 마지막에 모두가 모인 장면들까지...이렇게 완벽한 엔딩은 처음이네요 여기 나오신 배우분들 앞으로도 좋은 작품들로 만나뵙길 기대하겠습니다

다 끝나고 보니 정말 제목 그대로 너가 어떤 상황이든 뭐든 다 괜찮아라는 뜻 같아요 사이코 처럼 보이지만 사실은 각자의 아픔이 있기에 그렇게 살 수 밖에 없었던 인물들 처럼요 병원에 있던 환자들이 너가 이런 모습이여도 괜찮아, 아픔을 가지고 살아도 잘 살 수 있어 라는 메세지를 담고 있는 것 같아서 정신적으로 위로가 많이 되었어요 배우님들 너무너무 연기를 잘 하셔서 울고 웃었던 것 같습니다 수고하시고 다음 작품으로 또 만나요
이규성 배우님 이름 석 자 꼭 기억하겠습니다. 조연과 단역 배우님들의 인사도 담아줘서 감사해요. 연기 구멍 하나 없는, 비중이 크든 작든 모든 배우님들에게 감탄을 하며 본 드라마라 그 분들의 진짜 목소리와 이름이 너무 궁금했어요. 끝으로, 장영남 배우님 사랑합니다... ("김종욱찾기"에서 저는 처음 알았는데, 거기서 진짜 짧게 나오셨는데 정말 그 처음 본 그 순간이 정말 우머머머ㅜ워멈)
대사와 배우, 내용전개, 작가, 감독 모든게 완벽하고 아름답고 행복한 드라마였습니다. 감사합니다❤ 특히 연출들 중 2가지가 너무 아름답고 감동적이었습니다. 어린시절의 문영,강태,상태와 지금의 문영,강태,상태를 교차해서 보여줌으로써 아직 몸만 자란 어린이들이 스스로 또 함께 자신을 가로막은 벽과 부딪혀가며 마음도 성장해간다는것을 느꼈습니다. 또한, 문영의 동화책들의 그림채와 희망을 불어넣어주는 문구들이 마음에 와닿았습니다. 특히 늘 어둡고 자신 혼자만 나오던 문영이의 작품들이 마지막에는 함께하고 밝은 색깔들로 그려진것이 감동적이었습니다. 우리 모두의 마음에 치유와 행복을 남겨준 너무 감사합니다❣🙆🏻♀️
I can't even articulate the emotions I am currently feeling. This drama was literally everything I wanted and more. The last few episodes were so extremely gratifying that I don't even need a damn season 2! Especially the very last scene of the trio allowing each other to go and explore all parts of life without fear or guilt, knowing they will always have a home which is each other. It is bittersweet now that this drama has ended but it will forever have a very very very special place in my heart. Sigh, my heart feels so full 💖
this drama is just everything, can't express how good it is😭 this isn't your typical kdrama where everyting revolves about the love between main leads, this drama tackles numerous important issues, they really did a great job at sending the message of every moments and episodes to the viewers, this drama made an impact to me and im sure it did for every person who watched it too.
Some fans on other platforms were disappointed bc of the lack of plot and action but we keep forgetting that this isnt a plot-driven series. In a plot driven series, the events in the story influence the character, but in a character-driven one, the character's decisions (and his/her process on how s/he arrived at making them) are the ones that drive the story. Because Munyeong isnt interested in knowing how the hell her mom survived, changed her name, and remain out of the radar for 20 years, the series didnt reveal it bc it's not crucial to her development as a character. It's no use going back into the past that has trapped her for so long when she's already paving the way for a brighter future. She's already found her door-- her way out-- so there's no need to go back in.
AGREED- there's no need to find the "Truth". Initially, I was also looking forward to find answers abt DHJ and was surprised that Head Nurse was REALLY MY's Mum at epi14. As I've also read theories from various sources, it's really unacceptable for me. Tots like how would ST be able to accept MY if he knew the murderer was MY's mum (even GT had to try very hard to convince himself and finally had the courage to stay by MY), how painful it'd be for GT to tell ST the "Truth" (coz, i think till now, ST doesn't know abt MY's mum?) and certainly, I was doubtful how the trio can live as a family if there is bad blood (one will probably always be reminded of the cause of death of your loved ones- like how MY felt of the guilt towards Moon bros at first). But, as the story unfolds in the last 2 epis- I think I've seen the characters' decisions clearly - that they've found the "doors" to their happiness and overcame traumas instead of dwelling in the past. Especially ST, when GT asked if he'd like to dispose the Dooly's mother plush toy (since it was a gift from DHJ), ST chose to keep it as it's "innocent". So, similarly, I guessed he'll still accept MY even if he knew DHJ's the murderer(as MY is just an innocent party). I really love this drama!
there are still lot of mistery that hidden to this drama and the ending of the book of mun yeong's mother is still not publish.. hmm i think there's gonna be a season 2 for this , i hope so..
개인적으로 이 드라마를 통해 심리적으로나 정신적으로나 육체적으로나 평범하지 않은 사람들도 들을 수 있고 치유할 수 있고 다른 사람도 도와 줄 수 있다 라는 인식을 가지게 도와준 드라마 였던거 같아요. 현대 사회에 대부분 사람들이 정신에 문제가있고 평범하지 않은 행동을 보이는 사람들, 그리고 장애인같은 사람들을 보면 격멸하고 혐오하고 무시하는게 이 현실인데, 이 드라마가 그런현실을 평범한 우리도 힘들지만 그런 사람들을 이해 할 수 있고, 존중할 수 있고, 도와줄 수있고, 따뜻하게 감싸줄 수 있다 라는 그런 메세지를 준거같아 감사합니다! 저의 전공이 심리학인데 제 전공에 대한 자신감과 자부심도 생긴거같아요! 사이코지만 괜찮아, 감사합니다! :)
처음에는 이해 못하는 부분이 많아 당황했지만 정말 이야기를 이렇게 잘 풀어나가주시고 특히 마지막화 결말이 이렇게 여운있게 깔끔하게 끝내준 드라마를 처음 봤어요! 정말 명작이였습니다..현대 사회에 많은 교훈을 주셔서 감사합니다! 그리고 재미있고 감동스럽게 풀어주신 배우님들도 정말 존경해요ㅎㅎㅎ사이코지만 괜찮아 정말 의미있게 봤습니다! (눈물콧물 쏙 뺏어요큐ㅠㅠㅠ)
This drama is really different than any drama I've watch, the message is just so touching. This drama shows how much society are now ,with news of people do suicide and self-harm . Its just broke my heart when artist that I love took their own life. Please if you ever feel alone or depressed seek to someone that are close to you. Every living being in earth are precious 😢

Seo Ye Ji = She really give a tight slap to those who were questioning her to be in this drama. U are just awesome and U are one of the greatest actress ever seen...love you. Oh Jung Se - He is truely hidden gem..love him. U really killed it and love ur acting...can't express how happy I am to see you in this drama. Director Park Shin Wo and Writer Jo Yong... real master mind behind this drama...Kudos to U guys... All supporting actors really did a great job. The ending of this drama was really satisfying usually when I finish kdramas I get this empty feeling but with this drama I felt full like idk how to explain it everything just worked. I also want to say nothing felt outta place, everyone involved had such a significant impact it wasn’t just the main leads but everyone nd I think we have to highlight that. I’m an emotional person especially when it comes to kdramas, but this is the first time I cried because the ending is just so beautiful and the sense of contentment is overwhelming. Can we just give a round of applause to Sang tae his acting was amazing I think he had the hardest role to play and he portrayed it it perfect throughout 👏 👍
But I have to say, the ending is one of the most satisfying kdrama endings i saw, i feel sad yet relieved. Seeing the story of each character unfold and now we finally saw how they overcome each of their traumas and finally live a happy life. I'm definitely gonna miss the cast. Kudos to the production team for producing such a great drama. It might have ended but we'll surely remember the lessons it has taught us.

I believe there are lots of Moonyoung, Sangtae, and Kangtae in real life. Even a lot of people could relate to those three, it's just some people lucky enough to have someone who love them and stay by their side. Indeed this is a healing story.
This drama was like a medicine in 2020 with all these horrible things surrounding us I was looking forward to weekends so much. I enjoyed the plot, acting and little animations. Thank you so much for this masterpiece 💙💫

And now even during interview and photoshoot with the crew/cast she's remain calm and elegant daaamnn. We dont often get Kdramas like this that puts light on mental health issues. Yes, all Kdramas have plots that have conflicts and characters that have problems but they dont usually put the focus on the Psychology of it.
It's Okay To Not Be Okay hits different when you're also in the similar shoes as the characters. Thank you for this wonderful show that has made me cry and learn at the same time. If this had a book, i would definitely buy and go through the whole story again.

ㄹㅇ 용두용미 작품이었다.... 개인적으로 비밀의숲처럼 추리하고 사건 인과관계 따지는 드라마 좋아하는데, 도희재 서사는 사실 5분? 정도면 깔끔하게 어떻게 그녀가 살아돌아왔는지 등등 사건의 전말을 모두 공개할 수도 있었지만 가볍게 넘기고 '행복'에 집중함으로써, 비극적인 과거 묻고 행복하자는 힐링드라마로 만들어버림. 진짜 사이코는 작가님일지도.... 사람이 쓴 글이 맞나 의심스러울 정도로 훌륭함😭

정말 이 드라마가 나온다는 소식을 들었을때부터 설렜는데 웃음과 감동,메시지 모두 캐리한 드라마라고 생각해요 동화라는 컨셉도 너무 잘 잡은 것 같고 카메라무빙마저도 너무너무 매끄럽고 배경음악도 ㅋㅋ(술취한 주리&강태 전용배경음악 넘 웃겼어요)특히 배우분들 모두가 각자의 캐릭터와도 너무 잘어울렸어요! 배우분들 합도 돋보였고요 그리고 완벽한 엔딩...고문영과 문상태가 동화를 만듦으로써 그 내용 속에 16부작에 등장한 인물들의 사연을 담기도하고 마지막에 모두가 모인 장면들까지...이렇게 완벽한 엔딩은 처음이네요 여기 나오신 배우분들 앞으로도 좋은 작품들로 만나뵙길 기대하겠습니다

I can't even articulate the emotions I am currently feeling. This drama was literally everything I wanted and more. The last few episodes were so extremely gratifying that I don't even need a damn season 2! Especially the very last scene of the trio allowing each other to go and explore all parts of life without fear or guilt, knowing they will always have a home which is each other. It is bittersweet now that this drama has ended but it will forever have a very very very special place in my heart. Sigh, my heart feels so full 💖

This drama taught us it really is OK to not be OK. The ending was the best I've ever seen in K dramas from the past 10 years. 🥺
Some fans on other platforms were disappointed bc of the lack of plot and action but we keep forgetting that this isnt a plot-driven series. In a plot driven series, the events in the story influence the character, but in a character-driven one, the character's decisions (and his/her process on how s/he arrived at making them) are the ones that drive the story. Because Munyeong isnt interested in knowing how the hell her mom survived, changed her name, and remain out of the radar for 20 years, the series didnt reveal it bc it's not crucial to her development as a character. It's no use going back into the past that has trapped her for so long when she's already paving the way for a brighter future. She's already found her door-- her way out-- so there's no need to go back in.
AGREED- there's no need to find the "Truth". Initially, I was also looking forward to find answers abt DHJ and was surprised that Head Nurse was REALLY MY's Mum at epi14. As I've also read theories from various sources, it's really unacceptable for me. Tots like how would ST be able to accept MY if he knew the murderer was MY's mum (even GT had to try very hard to convince himself and finally had the courage to stay by MY), how painful it'd be for GT to tell ST the "Truth" (coz, i think till now, ST doesn't know abt MY's mum?) and certainly, I was doubtful how the trio can live as a family if there is bad blood (one will probably always be reminded of the cause of death of your loved ones- like how MY felt of the guilt towards Moon bros at first). But, as the story unfolds in the last 2 epis- I think I've seen the characters' decisions clearly - that they've found the "doors" to their happiness and overcame traumas instead of dwelling in the past. Especially ST, when GT asked if he'd like to dispose the Dooly's mother plush toy (since it was a gift from DHJ), ST chose to keep it as it's "innocent". So, similarly, I guessed he'll still accept MY even if he knew DHJ's the murderer(as MY is just an innocent party). I really love this drama!

개인적으로 이 드라마를 통해 심리적으로나 정신적으로나 육체적으로나 평범하지 않은 사람들도 들을 수 있고 치유할 수 있고 다른 사람도 도와 줄 수 있다 라는 인식을 가지게 도와준 드라마 였던거 같아요. 현대 사회에 대부분 사람들이 정신에 문제가있고 평범하지 않은 행동을 보이는 사람들, 그리고 장애인같은 사람들을 보면 격멸하고 혐오하고 무시하는게 이 현실인데, 이 드라마가 그런현실을 평범한 우리도 힘들지만 그런 사람들을 이해 할 수 있고, 존중할 수 있고, 도와줄 수있고, 따뜻하게 감싸줄 수 있다 라는 그런 메세지를 준거같아 감사합니다! 저의 전공이 심리학인데 제 전공에 대한 자신감과 자부심도 생긴거같아요! 사이코지만 괜찮아, 감사합니다! :)

저도 심리치료 3-4년 끝에 많이 극복했습니다. 힘들고 주저앉고 싶을 때 많았지만 힘들면 힘든데로 쉬어 가면서 천천히 다시 시작하면 됩니다. 힘내세요.
처음에는 이해 못하는 부분이 많아 당황했지만 정말 이야기를 이렇게 잘 풀어나가주시고 특히 마지막화 결말이 이렇게 여운있게 깔끔하게 끝내준 드라마를 처음 봤어요! 정말 명작이였습니다..현대 사회에 많은 교훈을 주셔서 감사합니다! 그리고 재미있고 감동스럽게 풀어주신 배우님들도 정말 존경해요ㅎㅎㅎ사이코지만 괜찮아 정말 의미있게 봤습니다! (눈물콧물 쏙 뺏어요큐ㅠㅠㅠ)

This drama is really different than any drama I've watch, the message is just so touching. This drama shows how much society are now ,with news of people do suicide and self-harm . Its just broke my heart when artist that I love took their own life. Please if you ever feel alone or depressed seek to someone that are close to you. Every living being in earth are precious 😢

The ending of this drama was really satisfying usually when I finish kdramas I get this empty feeling but with this drama I felt full like idk how to explain it everything just worked. I also want to say nothing felt outta place, everyone involved had such a significant impact it wasn’t just the main leads but everyone nd I think we have to highlight that. I’m an emotional person especially when it comes to kdramas, but this is the first time I cried because the ending is just so beautiful and the sense of contentment is overwhelming. But I have to say, the ending is one of the most satisfying kdrama endings i saw, i feel sad yet relieved. Seeing the story of each character unfold and now we finally saw how they overcome each of their traumas and finally live a happy life. I'm definitely gonna miss the cast. Kudos to the production team for producing such a great drama. It might have ended but we'll surely remember the lessons it has taught us.

매 회 소중하게 아껴볼 때 마다 울다가 웃어서 엉덩이에 뿔 나는 드라마였어요😭 1화부터 마지막화까지 모두 제 상처까지 보듬어주고 또 저에게 용기를 준 동화였습니다! ‘사이코지만 괜찮아’를 통해 얻은 것들이 마음에 고이고이 남아 앞으로 더 힘차게 살 수 있을 것 같아요 :-) 앞으로도 정주행 자주 하려고요! 이 이야기를 만들고 보여주신 모든 분들께 진짜 진짜 감사합니다💓
