이거 누가 층간소음 복수하려고 노래튼 것 같은데 노래가 익숙해서 알고보니 황병기-미궁 이라는 노래입니다 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 워낙 을씨년스러운 분위기 때문에 층간소음 복수곡으로 유명한 곡인데 누가 악의를 품고 스피커 같은 걸로 벽에 갖다대고 노래를 틀었나보네요 ㅋㅋ

They shouldn't have installed the cameras in all the places. Although it takes longer, they should have installed the camera in each house for 3-4 days without telling the other houses. That way, they have a higher chance of catching the culprit because the sound will not be heard during the period when he/she is being watched.

I watched a show from my country to find the real culprit. They did installed cameras with the knowledge of the owner of the house but they left one 360 camera that the owners doesn’t know. Then they found out who it is. 😂

녹음본 가지고 있는거 틀었을 가능성도 있고
11층만 못들었다고 할때 제보자가 11층이겠죠
10층과 12층이 들었는데 11층이 못들었을리가 없죠 그러므로 11층에 사는 사람일 가능성이 높고
제보자가 11층에 살 가능성도 있습니다
그건 방송국만 알겠죠
그리고 방송국에서 제보자집에 카메라 설치하고 부터 소리 안나는거 하며 제보자가 범인인것 같습니다

Actually this type of sound is also similar to every HDB building in Singapore.People have been complaining of hearing sound of dragging,marbles & some has said it is due to the pipes releasing gas at midnight.Some even said it the spirits that is playing marbles or dragging the chair.
