Our transfers, the 5 weeks of system implementation under Lopategui, some really really good evaluations and subsequent signings. Minus Guedes, of course, for now. And just the overall collective belief the lads have in the new coach and his system, have brightened the future for our Wolves. Lest not forget, the heart of our squad makes me feel a lot better going into each game. The Liverpool victory is one for the ages and the comeback at Southampton reinforces the confidence I have in Hobbs and the organization on the talent evaluation side of things. Much love from NYC! This demonstrates just how much the whole club has metamorphisised over the last three months. Let's consider:
No relations with the management, players and fans.
Uncommunicative leadership.
Relegation certainty.
Now: New medical team, Sporting Director, Julen and his staff, six new players, communicating, vision and a real effort to reconnect with the fanbase.

On the subject of Molineux - you must surely be aware how small, outdated and inspirational the stadium is becoming. Away fans do not have anything positive to say. We really do require some investment into our home.

About five or six months ago I started to have a real crisis of faith in the club I've loved for over 30 years, I didn't see Wolves being run as a football club but as a branding exercise. Having watched this video and seeing what's happening on the pitch and beyond it my faith is restored so thank you Matt. C'mon You Wolves!! 💛🖤

Can't remember the Portuguese players name but we were after him for about 2 to 3 seasons and ended up at Fulham really cheap perhaps they spoke 🤔

I think that’s harsh, I mean Lage had his faults but he did attract players like guedes and nunes. Even if guedes didn’t work out it’s still a big name to pull

Nice interview seems like his genuine..... experienced....and has a vision.......proud off the transfer window finally seemed to get it right....now in a great position when we sell neves and clear out another 3 and reinvest in top striker right back....c defender...and as a club have to start paying more to players
Well done Matt, it makes a really refreshing time, for us to go out in January transfer window, and buy 6 players. The signings have been excellent,and hopefully now we will increase our position in the league, and look forward, and positively next season.🐺🐺

Reading between the lines it looks like Ruben Neves will be leaving us shortly, thank you for all the work on future proofing the team Matt, you have done great.
I got the feeling that Neves is leaving and we signed Gomes now to replace him
@@RyansRandomRants replace a dream player for a wonder kid ask any of us 2-3 seasons ago we’d all snap and we would be fuming with the board. Neves has been a great servant and leader and will be greatly remembered and Joao will fill in big boots just like he did. The future looks bright and if we’re lucky neves might sign on for a year so we can sell him for what he’s worth

A good insightful video into what goes on in the background, but I wasn't so keen on the quote "there will be times when big clubs want to take your players", and the film cut to Neves. I hope I'm simply reading too much into that.
