@@zararichards9804 Well focus being pulled away from digestion while exercising explains cramps and throwing up if you work out right after eating. You'll be hungry because you burned a lot of calories and expended a lot of energy in general.

Training man, have you ever seen a competitive eater train?? They’ll eat something low calorie (like broccoli) in HUGE quantities to stretch their stomach. I’m smaller than her and used to do eating challenges for fun ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

She shared a bit about her past. Her family didn't have a lot of money so she was used to eating small, regular meals. Then one day she went to a buffet with a friend and realized that she could eat a LOT. She was then in a lot of Japanese food challenge shows. If you watch her videos she'll react to how delicious the food is, describe the food, try and change the flavor of the food by adding things, etc.
So it's mostly a genetic thing that happened and she didn't discover it till she went to a buffet when she was older and realized she could eat a crap ton 🤷🤷🤷

I remember she once gained like 3-5 kilograms weight because she stopped taking a stroll every day, after two weeks of eating the same amount but less fat she was back at her old weight 😂 She got many comments of people wondering if she was actually healthy, now she takes a medical exam every year and gets straight A's each time 😁
