How is Harvey so good at everything?! He won the water race without falling off the water, easily found the gopro under the water, got plenty of 10 points in archery, got only one wrong in korean language quiz, a good offensive player in dodgeball, was most probably top fragging in the valorant game, and he also nailed the taekwondo lessons. That dude is mad skillful and very gifted!! And he’s also such a genuine person. All of them are!! They are my favorite special guests in this channel, seriously, they are so enjoyable to watch.

I did something just like this for 2 years when I was 20 & 21!
I made life-long friendships with people from all over the world, and we are all still in touch today! We have even visited each other's homes in our different countries!!! Those are special friendships that don't just happen every day!
I believe they will treasure that experience and each other....Always!!!! 💙🩵

Yea what a nice culture, friendly yet polite. In my country there’s a big gap between teacher and student, same to olders & senior. we can’t really that close, if not the older one who approach

If the teacher has earned the respect of their students, then the relationship is close in the sense the teacher and students respect each other. If the teacher goes in demanding respect from the get go without doing anything to prove they are worthy of the students’ respect, then they get clowned and majority hate them, which in turn makes the teacher dislike the students because they are “disrespectful”

fr I was surprised when he only got 1 wrong during their hangul test knowing that he had no knowledge about the alphabet whatsoever since then I noticed how he can easily learn things even after just being thought once. I thought he'd be like a troublemaker tbh but he's very smart.

Jayden looks quiet in front of the camera but he is actually one of the rays of sunshine around the boys, that is for sure. And harvey, an all-rounder that is the fact. Max and armand’s friendship is on another level. Ray’s “you are an idiot” version to harvey though 😂 Natti and bobby’s sweet and caring side. Mr smith and the boys’ deep relationship though.
And such a sweet thing for ollie to wear the shirt that harvey bought for him and josh’s “i am a hugger, my love language”.

This is without the doubt the best series you’ve ever done. Not just from the entertainment aspect of it but also from the educational and awareness of another culture. But first and foremost, you have given these young men an experience of a lifetime that they will never forget. And I don’t think I’d be wrong in assuming that it will greatly influence their choices in life. Again, I would absolutely love it if you could do a reunion in day five or ten years time just to see how this little trip has impacted them.
there is no way this was the most culturally engaging series… they were mostly in seoul eating meat over and over and doing things like going to a pc bang. series with joel have gone into the countryside, or the series with ollie’s dad showed so much more of the everyday life of seoul. y’all are way too hype on this series just because you like kids

@@StephenTatlock yeah i agree you to some extent. The contents of them just eating meat and kbbq is bit too much. I think it's about 6 or 7 times I maybe be wrong. It's okay for them to eat but as a content it's kinda boring. And It's not like Korean have only meats. They could have done many other fun things.
The Jayden, Nati and Bobby triple combo has really grown on me. I hope they do well in whatever they pursue in life, as well as the other boys.

So fascinating watching the young men have their minds blown! So envious of all the fabulous food they ate.
I happened on this channel. I was compelled to "binge watch" all the school kids trying the different foods. The trip to Korea was epic! Such a wonderful group of young men and their teachers! I am now watching the Jolly and Gabbie Channels. The videos are so good, that often times I feel like I'm right there. Thank you for the great viewing especially during the cold winter here in Toronto, Canada.

They are really good together, because while they respect eachothers differences, Max brings out the Goofball in Headboy Armand, while Armand keeps Max away from sharp and/or hot objects 😂 No, seriously, you guys are just lovely! @@shairasoriano3179 a revision in the context of school and studies, is the act of studying again what you have been taught. So if you are having a revision you are basically reading your notes or the textbooks again to either understand or memorize the things your teacher had taught you.
Basically Mr Smith is saying that the best boys they produce cant even stand a little bit of self-studying what they have been taught, as a joke of course.
Present tense would be to “revise”.
Present participle would be “revising”
So you can say “ah no i cant join yall for games to night, i’ve got to revise” or “ im revising for my exams tomorrow” etcetcetc

I was on tiktok the other day and people were saying how they were so sad that their comfort series and has now come to an end, and i totally agree. This series brought sooo much joy, comfort and it felt like i was living vicariously through them.

watching this again coz this series has been one of my main source of comfort and I still can't bring myself to believe that it has ended. Here the energy and joy Jayden has exuded more. There are many funny and sweet moments with all of them, they will remember this for a long time. I love their friendships reactions and jokes.

아이들에게 이번 여행이 부디 좋은 기억으로 남았으면 하네요. 이건 한국이 최고다 라는 느낌보다는 그저 친구들과의 즐거운 여행을 했던 공간으로 남았으면 하는 마음이 더 커요. 나중에 힘들 때마다 다시 떠올릴 수 있는 그런 추억이 됐으면 좋겠어요.

Man, this series has been a blast. I am genuinely curious if Josh and Ollie are gonna bring the other kids like Malachi, Keaton, Jack, Orlando, Caleb, Shea and Jeremiah or any of the other high schoolers who have yet to come to Korea. Assuming they know where they are.

My assumption was these were the boys who had permission to go.
@@TheLoreSeeker Malachi, Keaton, and so on are actually a year younger. They went with the boys who graduated this time, so it’s possible the younger boys will go when they graduate too. At least, that’s the hope, haha.

Been watching these series since day 1 and I am really sad that it ended :( Fighting boys!
All the boys really got close with the staff, like you can just tell how comfortable they all are with each other even the security. In the other video I think Josh even says they especially got close with the security and here we got to see a little affectionate pat from security to max when he forgot his mask. Like it's so sweet just how quickly it happens cause this was a 2 week trip
I love that Mr. Smith is so close to the kids, that's one hell of an educator right there.

First time saw Armand in the British highschooler series, he seemed so perfect, like he's good at everything. And then in this trip, we see different sides of him. But, somehow, his imperfections make him even more perfect 😊
If he was a character in a drama he'd be the smart, handsome boy everyone is talking about and then he trips and falls during his big entrance lol

I love the relationship between the boys and the head-teacher. So happy and relaxed.
I remember taking a backpack trip to Europe when I was in my early 20s with my bestfriend for 2 months. Whether you like it or not, these kind of trips will remain with you for the rest of your life. There were hardships, there were dangerous moments and there were moments you will cherish forever. My friend and I still talk about after 15 years and we still think about it all the time. Cheers for the memory and cheers for the moment!!

I was worried bout the go pro 😂 Harvey is such a champ! Super athletic, smart, polite (always thanking or remember to say nice things to Josh, Ollie & their team, cooks/ restaurant owners/ Gabi (in th UK toast episode... i went back and suddenly noticed), teachers in the Korean High School epi), sweet & supportive to his mates. All boys (yes all!!) were absolutely wonderful to get to know a little... but i have to say suddenly out of the blue, he just started to surprise me time and time again...
What a series this was! Wholesome, educational and entertaining to the max. Thank you so much ❤️
Hope to see Nati back in Korea someday, pursuing his humble knack for the language and culture 🙂 but also, would be great to see a reunion trip back with the whole gang.. we know the laughter and good times will flow! 🤣
Somehow, I'm pretty sure Nati would go to a school in Korea for a year or so. It feels like this trip totally resonated with him.

I kept watching this series mostly bc I was so impressed with how funny, smart, kind yet so mature Armand is for a HSer or even an adult. He’s somehow lovable yet admirable and sometimes so adorably awkward at the same time with both the qualities of a young Clark Kent & Superman in one.
Some modeling agency should snap him up bc he has that unique charismatic look of a Lucky Blue Smith with the maturity, leadership & intelligence of a future world leader. The other boys were rt to call him a grandad but in the best sense possible bc of qualities like how he looked out for Max when he was concerned about Max getting burned. I hope he never loses his natural politeness, caring and protectiveness of other people. His Friendship with Max is chef’s kiss. Armax forever! All the boys, crew & Mr. Smith were so lovely as well.

Nah. With his looks, if he wanted to model, he would've already been one. But he chose to study in Cambridge, one of the top 10, and imo definitely a better choice than modelling
All I have to say is thank you for bringing us such a lovely series. Thank you boys for being so funny, friendly and cheerful throughout the series. Thank you, Josh, Ollie, and especially Smith, for your long-lasting friendship, which eventually made this excellent opportunity for this bunch of kids and a comfort series for us.
