Don't worry about tomorrow. You have enough to handle today. Lets take care of today and leave tomorrow alone that way when tomorrow does comes and then you can handle things for tomorrow. Don't try to mix today and tomorrow together. That is to much stress for our mental health and physical health. Always please remember to put mental health and physical health first. It is very important to take care of our bodies. Remember you only have one body so please do your best to take care of your body.
