I enjoyed Korean pork belly many many times all over the peninsula as well as in Jeju Island. I miss Korea, but I eat pork belly in the USA now.

If you want to have the skin really crispy: Perforate the skin with the tip of a knive, and let it sit one night in a bed of salt, skin down to the salt. So you get the moisture out of the skin, and then the skin can pop like popcorn.

사장님! 한가지만 첨언해드리자면 후라이팬을 스탠팬이나 주물팬으로 바꾸시는게 좋을거 같아요. 코팅팬에 코팅이 많이 벗겨졌는데, 중금속도 나오고 코팅팬은 연기날정도로 과열 되면 안좋아요.
그리고 무엇보다 스탠팬이나 주물이 고기와 닿았을때 온도가 더 적게 떨어져서 맛도 더 좋아오

마지막 튀김옷입히고 튀기는걸 제외하고는 동파육만드는 과정과 거의 동일합니다. 다만 후라이팬에 번거럽게 구울필요없이 오일스프레이 뿌리고 오븐에서 굽는게 더 주방을 쾌적하게 관리할수있고 편리할거 같네요.

@@Bebe0070 불향은 저정도로 입혀지지도 않을 뿐더러 불향이 목적이면 훈연칩이 훨씬 효율적이고 고기맛을 한층더 끌어올립니다. 다만 삶는 과정을 거치기에 후과정에 넣는게 좋구요. 육즙가두기는 오븐에서도 동일하게 가능하답니다.
