This video had a grip on me at the ripe age of 10-ish. I was obsessed with it, trying to summon the demon thing and making a tag-like game and trying to get my friends to play it with me. I had my own dreams about it, though I of course don’t remember any specifics on them any more. Anyways, thanks for your influence on my life. You were my favorite person ever for a good period of time, along with James and Jaiden. You totally influenced my interests and sense of humor over the years. Thanks.

The scariest dreams to me are the ones that happen multiple times. Recurring nightmares. I kept having a dream a while back where a different member of my family tried to hurt me physically. The culprit was different every night

That old nightmare you described is very similar ro one I had as a kid:
My dad dropped me off at daycare and instead of teachers, at the reception there was a living Mannequin that tried to kill me.
My dad was already leaving and while I tried to run after him, I wasn't able to move as the Mannequin closed in.

This was a series of repetitive dreams I had when I was 3-6 y/o. Some may say it's not really scary, and I agree, but it still creeps me out a little.
Every time I had the dream, it started with me and my mom sitting in a tiny room on a single chair. The room was a pale grey color, had one window, and one queen sized bed. We would look out the window, and see three witches coming. I would hide under the bed but my mom couldn't fit. They would then turn her into a frog, or kill her depending on the dream. However, this one time, I was now too big to fit under the bed. As I struggled to fit my body under they opened the door, and turned me into a frog. This is the part that really creeps me out. After that, the dream ended ofc, and I NEVER had that dream again. Nor any dream related to it. It's not really nightmarish, but to have that exact dream twice every year and then it suddenly just stops after those characters in the dream get to you? I like to think of it as my guardian angels checking up on me, then finally saying "You're old/big enough to protect yourself now. This is my final goodbye. But we'll always be watching you," the always be watching you part is bc a guardian angel wouldn't leave, and they did in fact pick me up and take me somewhere once I was a frog. 4 years since this video came out and I just realised how fitting the Bo Burnham clip right at the start is. The song that ends before he stops watching is "Left Brain, Right Brain," and after he watches it, we see Adam's left and right brain!

I don’t have “scary” dreams that much, but fever dreams or dreams you have directly after eating a lot are freaking wild! One of the strangest ones was this:
I was awake, with a fever, staring at a blue trash can outside of my room. I don’t know why. Then, my head made me think I was hearing loud, pulsing noises that just progressively got louder, like a baby’s scream. I didn’t “hear” it, but my brain did. After that I just imagined skeletons and other weird figures dancing around a fire in a forest. Again, my brain “saw” this so clear, and heard it too, but my eyes remained still and my ears quiet. I kept staring at the blue trash can

*Jumpscare comes*
Me: *Doesnt get scared*
*Immediately get an ad right after the jumpscare*
Me: *Screams*

I kinda wonder why "mama" looks like Marceline from Adventure Time.

I’ve had this dream three times in my life, every few years I dream about going through my house and seeing this dark shadow. After I see it the shadow possesses one of my family members. It’s gotten to the point that my dream family knows what’s happening and how to react to ‘save’ my possessed family member. The most recent one was when we had to travel somewhere old and find this object that I have no memory of. It is a weird dream and I hate it so much

This KRplus video is what gave me insomnia when I was younger and easily scared. It lasted for two years but then I got rid of the fear but still couldn’t sleep, all because of this video.

What I want to know is how his dreams actually have coherent plotlines. Mine are basically a bunch of bizarre, disconnected clips. My sister once plotted out a whole fantasy novel in her dream.

So I watched this like A LONG TIME ago, but today someone (didn't know them, i was in a train) randomly double tapped me on the shoulder. Then they speedwalked away.
I got flashbacks to this video, so I'm watching it again, and typing this out :D

I had a nightmare about how I was related to JoJo Siwa, but when I woke up I quickly got up, went to the bathroom and looked in the mirror then said "oh thank God..I still have my hair line" then went to bed

I remember I once sorta had a nightmare like this as a 6-8 year old, about Cruella de Ville lmao. In the nightmare, there was this thing called Cruella de Ville night, where she basically went house to house and would peek into the windows to see if she could see a child. If she did, she would take and murder them. So one night I was sitting on the couch with my parents and my dad suddenly remembered that it was Cruella de Ville night. Me and my sister immediately scattered, my sister hiding under a cabinet that shielded her from every window in the room. I saw that the chairs around the dinner table (that was next to a big window) had multiplied to the point the backs almost formed a solid wall around the table, so I layed on the seats. I was curious to see if Cruella was coming so I peeked over and that was exactly the moment she looked through my window. I saw her eyes turn red and then I was suddenly in a dark room where she emerged from a cloud of green smoke. She was holding a remote and she screamed "Now we try again!" and pressed the reverse button. Then I was back on the chairs and the same thing as before kept happening. Then after the third time I finally woke up in a panic lol. Still my most vivid nightmare even now that I'm 19

I once had a “dream” so horrifying that it still haunts me to this day. It happened a few months ago.
I can’t remember how I got into the situation I was in but I remember that I first “woke up.” I get down from my top bunk walk downstairs and started making pancakes, but then I realize I’m not actually controlling my body. Before I had thought I ACTUALLY woke up from sleeping and started making pancakes. It all felt so real. Before I know it I’m back in my bed. I “wake up” again and get half way down my ladder and realize again, this isn’t actually real. I don’t know for how long this went on, with me dead set on the thought each time I woke up that I finally was awake and out of this nightmare. I felt like I was trapped in my body. I couldn’t tell what was reality vs my dream.
What haunts me to this day is the thought that, maybe, I haven’t woken up yet. Everything feels “real.” But there’s no way I can know for sure.

I’ve been able to escape nightmares before. I would just randomly go “Yeah screw this I’m out”, closed my eyes, and willed myself awake. It’s an amazing experience

Usually my nightmares are just I can't do anything but I get out of it pretty quickly by just opening my eyes as wide as I can and then wider

i’ve had scarier but the first nightmare i’ve ever had was when i was like 5? 6? and i was in a completely blank world. just white walls, white floor, nothing else. i was running from something and out of nowhere i see this big rock to hide behind. i hide and wait for it to pass but when i look over some giant, dark, monster of some sort took a bite out of my side. it woke me up and i could still feel the pain in my side.
that led into a genuinely YEARS long pattern of having to die in my dreams in order to wake up. i’m 20 now and it’s finally stopped

it's weird how sentimental you get in dreams. If I have a nightmare I'm always the one in my dream that "sacrifices" themselves, but oddly enough I seem to get away. I'm not too sure because I often will wake up after I escape.

5:55 the painting had me laughing so hard

A couple months ago I had a dream that made me want to run to to the living room to hug my dog.
It started with me, my parents, my brother, and my dog outside of a hotel putting stuff in our car to go home. My dog was in a little red wagon and suddenly a huge pole had been jabbed straight through his head. His limbs were contorted and his face was mutilated. Suddenly it cut to when we were driving home on the freeway, and because it is a dream, and dreams can just be weird like that, his body was lying down on the car seat next to mine, and his head was still outside in the wagon, pole still jabbed through it, cruising beside our car. It just went like that for about a minute before I woke up. I rushed out to the living room to make sure he was ok, and he was.
This dream left me shook for days. Thankfully however, it was just a one time dream, and not a reoccurring one.

I'm surprised it's possible for dreams to have actual storylines. My dreams are just madness.

I remember having a nightmare that I still recall. I forgot how it ended, but I will tell you all. TW: Bugs// I remember the dream starting where I was in my old house with my two sisters on the couch watching tv. But it looked like I was watching this scene from another person’s perspective. We were sitting on the couch, just staring at the tv. I couldn’t remember what we were watching and I couldn’t hear anything. I remember at a certain point, bugs like cockroach’s and other things, started crawling out from the cracks of the couch. They were doing nothing to my sisters but they were crawling to me. For some reason, my mouth was now open. The bugs crawled on my skin, going into my eyes, nose, ears, mouth, covering my whole body. And then it must’ve turned morning or I woke up because the nightmare ended and I don’t remember anything after that. It terrified me but I’m alright now. But sometimes it still comes upon my mind.

Well now if I ever meet Adam I will double tap him on the back just to see how he will react

Nightmare I had:
I was in a abandoned Hotel with 3 of my friends and a random person.
There were these things called blank-faces, we each went in there one at a time.
It was my turn and I went in there.
The blank-faces got me.

This should literally be a movie. Just Imagine a movie where all of this happens, and in the last the main character just wakes up in the end.

this video scared me so much when i first watched it that i had nightmares for like, a solid 3 nights after watching it and refused to ever watch it again until today.
i regret that decision

I recently had this weird dream where I was stuck being roommates with a bunch of weird monster creatures at a fancy school. Also nifty from hazbin hotel was there and chasing me with her knife from episode 8 trying to kill me. I think that one scene traumatized me just a lil bit.

I had a dream like this too I was playing with my friends though and when somebody gets caught you're forced to watch their skin slowly start warping into something else then disappear.

I seriously would’ve just gone up to those kids and been like:
“TAG YOU’RE IT” and double tap them, then leave the game so nobody can tag you any more.

I’ve had several weird nightmares. Ones based on the grudge, abstract carnivals and theme parks, bear attacks. I’ve even had a few about the Slenderman. But one always stood out to me. The only dream that ever stood out to me, because whenever I hit a low point in life or when I’m out in a situation where it seems like nobody is with me. I remember this dream.
I was in third grade, in my room playing with legos, magnetix, bionicle, stuff like that. I was hanging out with a girl from school who was pretty popular, it wasn’t like a kid’s version of a date, I think we were breaking from studying. The first thing I remember is seeing a creature of some kind move out of view from my bedroom door, it was all red and I only saw a big leg like an upright lizard, but that wasn’t what I was supposed to be worried about, it’d never show up again and it wouldn’t need to.
I was grabbed by the shoulders and dragged into my open closet, faster than I could think. And that was when only the first part of the dream I had to deal with. Two weeks later another nightmare, I’ve somehow escaped from whatever pulled me into the closet. I didn’t know what it was and I never ended up knowing what it did or would do to me, I just knew I was too traumatized to risk it again.
At this point it’s night, nobody awake in the house, I couldn’t count on anybody to help me. I was running across the hallway to the stairs but it felt like hundreds of feet away. By the time I got there I was already tired enough that I lost my footing on the second step down and fell to the bottom.
I couldn’t move, I had no feeling anywhere, I could hear the incredibly fast thumping of the thing that pulled me into the closet. Conveniently, and all the worse for me, my head was tilted just right to be looking up the stairs. I was only able to see it for a single second before it came from the top of the stairs down to me.
It crawled on all fours but had a human body, it’s head was upside down and I don’t remember if I could see eyes, but I know there were sockets. I saw no teeth but I knew it had a mouth. It just barreled down the steps like there was nothing else it ever wanted to do more than reach me. And when it got close enough that it caught light from outside, I saw myself in its face.

Honestly, make a movie out of this concept! It sounds like a genuine horror movie I bet people would watch.

I had a nightmare ages ago where I was in bed and woke up. When I woke up there was a bunch of mannequins which tried to grab me so I sprinted out of my room and tried to reach my parents. In the hall the gravity thing happened and I tried to scream but I couldn’t, I turned around and the mannequins grabbed me then I woke up. For the next few years I couldn’t go in clothing stores since I thought I would get killed by one of the mannequins

I just came back to this video 3 years after originally seeing it. I watched "What." a few weeks ago and now I FULLY UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING ABOUT THAT INTRO THAT'S SO COOL

I have a recurring nightmare where everything has gone to shit. The world is on fire and smoke is everywhere like in a zombie apocalypse movie. My family throws me in a magical box that can fly away from the earth and save me and I watch them explode. Then the box crashes and I have to hide from a giant lobster crab behind buildings. THEN the lobster crab finds me and is about to eat me until the Falcon comes to save me but dies, and then either I die and get eaten OR the Hulk comes to save me and he dies too and I die and get eaten. It sounds kinda dumb, but it gets scarier every time

My scariest nightmare makes no sense. I know this is an old video, but I wanna talk about it
So it started where I was in the Slime Rancher universe for some reason (I was really into Slime Rancher at the time, and I still am), and I was collecting a bunch of Boom Slimes and Rock Slimes for a trade with Victor Humphreys. As I walked around the Dry Reef, it suddenly became night, and my ranch disappeared. This was a lucid nightmare, and I was like "what the-.. WHERE'S MY RANCH, I WORKED HARD TO COLLECT THEM SLIMES!". I turned around, and there were 20 Tarr Slimes there, about to eat me. The problem was I didn't have any water to kill them with. I used my hover pack to get up to high ground and spoke to myself, saying "okay, Tarr Slime outbreak, and I don't have water. I'm probably dead". I was then transported to my ranch. Safe, right? Wrong. The Tarr Slimes got into my ranch! I rushed through the portal to Mochi Miles' part of the far, far range, and was safe for now. Mochi looked at me and was like "you good?" and I started to stumble over my words; "I- there- agh! There's Tarr Slimes in my ranch, and I can't go back or else I'll die!". Guess what Mochi said. "Suck it up, buttercup, go back to your stupid ranch". I went back and immediately died. And then I woke up.
Also I would love it if Mama Seeks was a movie, and I thought I'd tell you that someone made a character ai bot of Mama Seeks, I didn't talk to it, I just found it.
