When we Simmers start forming better ideas that says something about EA.Awesome way for Sims to stick to modern times.Then they could get the embarrassed emotion because something a Sim filmed was a little naughty!

Thank the creators of "The Sims" for working so hard to create this game, this game has evolved so much, so many changes, and I hope they continue to progress
The only thing I wished had happened in the base game is that it was semi open world where each little section you could go what ever because I hate having a loading screen to go to my neighbors house

I hope some smart modder makes it work. After story progression for ts3, I was blown away with what they can do, so there's still hope for something like that :)
I actually think that could have worked with the game's engine. I wish they thought about that. Obviously having the entire world open was a disaster (The Sims 3 was a huge mess with all the lag and glitches, whether we like it or not)... but I honestly do think the game could at least handle having each section of the neighborhoods being open one at a time... who knows? Maybe they can manage to get it to work! We never know.
But I doubt EA will change something this big to the base game theyre all about adding on and not fixing. It's no secret that all they want is money - I doubt that care enough to give us what we want
Yeah but they would never change something so big about the game but hopefully the sims 5 will be some sort of compromise 😊
I agree. I wish the game wasn't so broken up in that way. It's nice that they don't feel as isolated when they're at home, like TS2, and can walk around the community. But removing loading screens in the same neighborhood would be a major upgrade for this game.
I LOVE THIS! I am going to college criminal justice to become a Special Victims unit detective and missing person,homicide etc. So this is right up my alley to practice lol

I'm so excited for this pack! Open For Business was my favorite from Sims 2 and Ambitions was one of my favorites from Sims 3 (Generations was my favorite!). This mixes both of them and I am super hyped for this.

The only thing I'm afraid of is it takes an hour for your sim to get from the other side to the house and take a shower, I can only imagine how long it would take to go across an entire police station or hospital with tons of sims running around and get evidence, interview people, treat sims and the tons of other stuff they'd need to do.
Timing is way better in ts4 but your point is still valid.
In the sims 4 sims can walk by each other even in 1 block hallways, sims who walk in front of each other just slightly move to the side
Seventh Poet Yeah, they're much more flexible but I just hope they do a bit more tweaking with things like walking, timing and the weird positions they need to get into to do interactions

Awesome, Sims team! You guys surprise us again and again with each game packs! I'm excited to play this.
Here are some more ideas for upcoming games development.
- a literal Harry Potter open world with Diagon Alley, Hogsmeade, etc.
- enabling Oculus Rift in the Sims world
- high/elementary/pre-school theme (with student groups, summer break, playtime, classes, school excursions, festivals, etc.)

If The Sims 4 Expansion Packs come out with more stuff than the Game Packs I think they would be well worth the money, more than The Sims 3 EPs even.

This honestly looks so freaking fun. Combining Ambitions & Open for business is one of the most intelligent moves you could have made for the first expansion. Not to mention finally opening up those rabbit holes so we can see inside. YES, YES, YES! The police station is my favorite but, also owning bakery like I did in Sims 2 will be the best. I will definitely be picking this up upon release. :-D
i actually made my sim a detective, and i gotta say that my coworkers are as useful as police detectives in ace attorney series.
