I think it really depends on the culture and the country. What might be considered tall in one country can be considered as very average in another one. Iโm from Spain, and im 184cm, in my country i am kinda tall but when i moved to netherlands to study for few years i was pretty average, there were many guys taller than me. And I suppose if i go to an Asian country i would be considered a giant.

It's all wonderful that every guy got picked but to be honest,being a guy far below everage height, 5'5 (165cm) that is , it takes a toll on your mental health, you literally feel tiny, insignificant, I remember being made fun of in school, a nurse ,in june this year, made fun of my height saying: "Yeah,you don't have a good height", when I was taking an x-ray. I really want to feel desirable, but, you have to play the cards you've been given, no matter how difficult it is.
I think girls prefer guys 170cm and taller because shorter than that guys tend to be mean. Theyโre very self aware of their short height and can be aggressive with girls who reject them. girls donโt want to get involved in that.
Just be confident with whatever you have.
Short guys end up with girlfriends and married too, it all depends on how great your personality is in the end. Tall guys have an advantage, but even if youโre 165cm youโre still taller than many girls so you have your chances. Just never show insecurity and donโt talk about your height to a girl you want to attract. If she sense insecurity from you sheโs gonna pull away. Try to behave as if you were 100% satisfied with your height and girls will feel comfortable around you and attracted.
The world average lies at 170cm so not far below. I'm 172 in Northwest Germany bordering the tallest people on average Netherlands. 165 cm is totally ok. There are many women below 160 cm. So be happy about urself
