why would people get mad at her not donating make up that shes explaining DOESNT WORK??? if it doesn't work why would anyone want it? especially if its expired, she doesn't have to sit there and say every expired product.
Edit: since some of you have never heard the term "reading is fundamental" my comment is saying if the make up is expired or it doesn't work--meaning it's dried out or something - it needs to be thrown out not donated. Anything that she just doesn't like but is not expired or messed up can be donated. HOWEVER, she can do what she wants with her makeup. She can donate it or she can not donate it. It is up to her. Please actually read before commenting.
Most places wouldnβt accept it anyway. Itβd still just be thrown out.
You would want something that could potentially harm you? I've seen expired make up give someone a chemical burn, why would you want that on your skin?

Could you IMAGINE the law suit if someone got a rash or infection from something she donated knowing it was expired or unsanitary. Its none of your businesss what the condition is of the products going in the garbage. She knows what shes doing and she gives away SO MANY amazing brand new products, no one should be up in arms lol.

Um not everyone is begging for used makeup. I just made a rhetorical comment for comic effect more than anything else. In Pakistan we consider Maybelline and Loreal etc. I. e. Drugstore brands high end because they are really expensive for the average consumer like myself and this was Tom Ford lipsticks being thrown away so obviously my comment was a little wistful joke π Having said that of course I understand why she wouldn't give away her trash for medicolegal concerns of nothing else!! Love you Tati, your trash your business! πβ€οΈ

Why would I assume it would react the same with me? I have several of the items she hated that work great for me. Everyone has different skin and reactions to things.

Everyone who is upset at the expired, used, generally crappy makeup that is being thrown away, you do realise she is allowed to do that right? Itβs not mandatory that she has to donate it and sheβs already donating plenty of decent, unused, unexpired items. Those items will be greatly appreciated and the items that are tossed wonβt be missed my anyone.
Stop bashing on a successful woman who is kindly and thoughtfully donating those things, she doesnβt have to, she chooses to and itβs very nice of her. She could just have emptied the entire draw into the garbage and made her day a whole lot easier.

The lock it Concealer creases like crazy on me too - it makes for great spot concealing on clients but I donβt ever use it under the eyes because of that

Same for me, I use just on little imperfections (tiny little dot of concealer on it) or as base for my eyeshadow. Hell no never putting this under my eyes!! π¨

If I were a makeup brand, I wouldn't stop sending stuff because of one bad review. If they felt confident in their products, they would want you to try them. If everything they have is a bad review, it's time to go back to to the drawing board at R&D, don't kill the messenger.

Everything Tati put in the garbage bag was put there for a better reason than her not liking it- makeup expires and she'd remember if she opened something far enough back for it to be expired now!! She does like giving peoducts a second chance instead of completely writing them off immediately. My point is, she donates so damn much more than just makeup, so people getting upset that she didn't do a giveaway with this or donate it is sad. She doesn't wanna potentially hurt people!

Ally Playz That's also a pump and it can't be sanitized, plus if she received it as PR it could very well be close to or past it's expiration due to it being a cream and not having as long of a shelf life. She addressed all of her decisions in one of her new videos- she knows what she's doing.

I'm really enjoying a lot of beauty gurus are decluttering and are anti-haul so many products. I know makeup is their job, but I can't imagine having an ENTIRE room full of drawers and drawers full of makeup that is never used or used once. Thumbs up!

and just a quick tip for this situation to not happen again after the decluttering mission; when you review products and disliked them, donate them immediately. donβt store them in a drawer and wait for them to expire otherwise itβs gonna be useless to donate. :( this way you wonβt get stressed. idk haha just a little suggestion that i think would help. and for sure someone else would be happy to receive those donated new makeup π i hope you read this!

I just wanted to say thank you for doing these types of videos, especially knowing how some companies react to less than positive feedback. I live in a small town, hours away from the nearest make up or department store, and most of my beauty purchases are bought online. I know make up is personal and what didnβt work for you might work for me and vice versa, but knowing I can come to your channel and see an honest review of a product before I drop big bucks on it without trying it first gives me peace of mind. So thank you, this industry needs to be able to deal with honest feedback and reviews!
