I watched Lucas and Eric’s dim sum video twice because I enjoyed it so much. I loved this one as well. Two subject matter experts getting together; and, they’re so comedic with each other too. Awesome paring.

It's a bit of a gimmick if the restaurant reinvents one classic dish. The fact that Win Son invented so many classic dishes shows how culinarily creative they are. Amazing restaurant!
Definitely adding this place to my list of restaurants to go when I visit New York! The Lucas and Eric duo is amazing. I really love their banter and down-to-earth commentary on the dishes they ate. You can feel the passion they have for the food!

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. I love these two on screen. There’s so much chemistry and I’m loving the content. I also feel so seen and represented by the hosts, the food, culture and conversations. Can’t wait for the next one!

12:20 Fun fact: in Taiwan there's this Taiwanese style radish cake which contains no meat at all and oftentimes very crumbly because it's typically low on the carb to daikon ratio compared to the Cantonese version(the one Lukas mentions here)
Took so long to eat it all that Eric's band-aids needed a switch before the burgers. Even with one bite I don't know how you can eat so much. Another great video with those two.

Love this series! I'm Shanghainese and to us those sticky rice rolls are not Fan Than, they are CI FAN 粢飯, which we usually eat with sweet or savoury hot soy bean milk.
