I initially would have thought Suga as the late responder but think it would matter what the text was about, I reckon anything the guys are struggling with he would be there in a shot as he cares about their mental health because he knows what it’s like to struggle. It would also matter if he’s having an anxiety/depressive episode.
As for fastest I would have actually put Taehyung or Jimin, V is a social bunny but also says he misses the guys when they aren’t with each other and Jimin is like a little puppy who also likes to keep contact with everyone and I imagine they both wouldn’t want anyone to feel ignored, overlooked or lonely if they didn’t respond.

The latest to respond, in my opinion, would've been RM or Suga. RM because I would imagine him being busy practicing, or him losing his phone. I view him almost the same, but there's more to him besides the laid back cool don't touch me guy. The fastest to respond, in my opinion, would've been V or Jimin. V loves spending time and being around the members, plus I don't think that he would want them to feel ignored. And if he ever was to respond late, I'd say that he was practicing or watching anime. And I said Jimin because he just needs attention, in my opinion. He would want to converse with his members at any time. Also, I think that he has his phone on him a lot. The ones that would be wishy washy is Jungkook. To me, Jhope would also be practicing or just simply forget about his phone.
