So today's video meant a lot to me. I usually spend my Korean Lunar New Years alone, but this year I had a traditional Lunar New Years. I went down to Busan and spent it with my Korean Busan mom. I wanted to know what it felt like to have family here in Korea and I got an amazing experience. Hope you guys enjoy the video :)

When my friend's mom comes to visit from Korea she always makes us a huge Korean meal. The first time, she kept saying I was too skinny and needed to eat more. The 2nd time, I purposely didn't eat all day so I could eat a lot and she said I should not eat so much or I would get a stomach ache. Can't win 😅😅😅

초반은 오류.. 보통 엄마들은 "밥 먹자! 밥 다 차렸으니까 일어나!"하고 가보면 식탁이나 상에 수저만 놓여 있는 상태.. ㅋㅋ
깨울때 안 일어나면 맘스터치 들어가는 것은 리얼.. ㅋㅋㅋ 살쪄야 된다고 많이 먹으라고 하는 것도 현실적..

i’m a filipino, living here in the US and i have a korean mom 💖 she loves me so much and i love her too. every week she makes me side dishes and if sometimes i refuse to eat it, she scolds me just like your korean mom! 😂 thanks for sharing this video!!

Me: bone loss (osteoporosis) is a big deal in Korean health. The more active you are, you build up bone density and muscle. And good food helps. Eat more, Dave, for your personal health. ;-)
