I saw Mike on Broadway a few years ago. I had no idea who he was but it was the only ticket I could afford which was available at short notice. Glad I went. Brilliant comedian.

Mike Birbiglia is one of the all time greatest comedians ever. Coming as a kid who grew up with Comedy Central. So nice to see him get a spotlight like this. For a whole week! I laughed myself to sleep. Thank you, Mike.

I know I'm repeating the same message but I have to say it. I like Jimmy Kimmel. I also like the fact that he is confident enough to allow guest hosts on his show. The little bit of variety is the spice of life.
I liked seeing Jimmy in the Hawaiian shirt and shades. I'm a health professional and have spent the last two years working on COVID wards, having managed to dodged the virus I finally tested positive on the 22nd of December. I was double vaccinated with the booster so didn't have any symptoms and it was the first time since 2007 I got Christmas off. I spent Christmas night reading my colleagues moans about being overworked on our wards group chat while sipping Gin, with a smirk and a vague feeling of guilt.

I can totally relate. I'm a mental health professional and I got COVID 2 weeks ago. I was also double vaxxed and boosted so my symptoms were mild. I enjoyed the time off immensely.

I remember seeing Mike Birbiglia in 2012. It was a few months after my sister died. I laughed, actually laughed, for the first time in months during his show. Because of that he holds a special place in my heart. He’s been one of my favorite comedians ever since.

I love Mike Birbiglia's stand up specials. The man knows how to tell a story, and may be my favorite affable comedian. How affable? He makes Gary Gulman look like Don Rickles. Jim Gaffigan look like Robert Schimmel and for reasons unknown, Mike Birbiglia makes Tom Hanks look like that infuriatingly out of place floor tile in the bathroom at work...But I digress.
I can't wait to see him fill in for Jimmy a while, because Mike Birbiglia, or "The Bigs" as he likes to be called, is a talented and engaging comedian.
