There are people out there who will get you, as in understand and enjoy your company for who you are,
We have a couple friends with autistic kids, and last year we found a school for my daughter that specializes in various.....learning differences, and she was so much happier than at the previous school. All the kids here a a little weird in their own way and it's totally normal and they all are so welcoming and get along so well.
I hope pray and wish you the best getting thru this time of difficulty and that may you find "your people" and good friends sooner than later

Melanie is really spoiling us with this album! The other songs and now we have three more? Not to mention a movie coming out soon? Plus the massive lord drop this is all causing! They deserve way more credit than they’re getting for this! This must have been hard work, but it’s definitely paying off! I’m excited to see this album made into a film, it’s got so many fantasy elements and I need to know how this all fits into K-12!
Edit: the movie isn’t going to be out soon because Melanie doesn’t have enough money to start filming yet, but there is a script.

Being the survivor of so many toxic relationships and so much abuse this song echoes the woman I hold at bay. This song is such an outstanding proclamation of the exploitation of artists in the industry K-12 paints the picture of innocence lost and this song showcases the survival instinct of those who make it out of that horrible phase who are thrown away when they mature into the demons created. This to me tells the story of a girl who fell in love after with someone she thought was different who inevitably showed her to “strangle the thought of whose deservin” because continually being hurt seems to be the rhythm. 🎉 and ode to women to keep fighting.

This is seriously one of her best songs. The lyric is mesmerizing. She gave us the fairly tale + horror vibe with this song. The hatred is getting stronger toward the end of the song.
