2 piezas de vacuno y otra de cerdo. Y todo lo untan con mostaza y lo cubren de pimienta y sal. Joder, yo soy español y la cocina para mi es importante. ¿Seguro que tienen otro tipo de condimento? Menuda parrilla de los cojones. Si todo el valor de la comida está en la abundancia y no hay más sabor que uno... no me jodas!!!

Get or make a smoker, access lots of beef three ingredients mustard salt and pepper, watch lots of videos. I would start with Tri Tip first and build from there.

There are several Texas-style BBQ "joints" open in at least the London area, and I'm betting that many more will open soon. And you can get the smoking equipment to do it yourself from several UK online vendors already.

As someone who lives in south Texas (San Antonio) that smokes briskets, ribs and chicken, NICE JOB!!

Never thought I could understand Korean, but as a Texan and having just smoked a 15lb brisket for Thanksgiving tomorrow, I understood everything I saw. Super impressed that they took the membrane off the back of the beef ribs. That's hard to do and they made it look simple!

Probably the best Korean Texas BBQ video I have seen so far. Plenty of rub, uses a binder, has an excellent smoke ring and looks super tender.
