I worked at Texas Roadhouse for 3 years, and yes there are buckets on the tables for the shells, but a majority of people still throw them on the ground. As a server we would have to sweep our entire section extremely thoroughly before we were allowed to leave, even behind and under booth seats. A manager had to come through with a flashlight and check the section completely before you could check out and leave. I still have nightmares about endless peanut shell sweeping!
Wow that sounds insane! having to do that almost daily every week is indeed a nightmare, sorry u had to deal with this I hope u got some good tips at least.

I'm so thankful Erik was able to be there for Shane to show him he wasn't alone with his eating disorder and I'm so thankful they are both in recovery now. I'm so grateful to them both for having the courage to speak about their struggles and help people like me who are also in eating disorder recovery 💜
Erik still has disordered eating but he gets paid for it so hopefully he can paid for doing something else because he won't live long living this way. 😔💔

But I have the same issue, currently I'm stating myself and literally rationing out small meals at certain times because I'm constantly hungry. It's not good, and there's no cure or any way to cure that hunger. It sucks and it's bad. I'm currently on some experimental medication and hoping to figure out a way to be normal again, eat way less than people normally do. And yes it can be dangerous for the amount that people like us eat because comes to higher risk with stroke, coma, death, obesity, diabetes, and more. I just hope I can find myself help and also hopefully loose 45lbs.

@@Noodlez_13 Glad I'm not the only one that realizes his eating is still very disordered. As someone who has recovered from binge eating disorder, I don't know how he's able to put himself in that situation.
Going from anorexia to WANTING to gain 31 pounds in 31 hours is actually so impressive to me. Like you have to be fully recovered for that not to TERRIFY you to your core. Even a person without an ED tbh.

You guys should invite an optical illusion specialist/neuroscientist to explain the dress! I took a psychology course on optical illusions and the dress was an entire chapter.

It takes one minute to explain it though. It is an overexposed picture with a lot of warm light in the picture. The people who see a black and blue dress do not see pure blue and black, they are seeing what they believe to be a horrible picture of a blue and black dress. Their brain adjusts based on the clues around the dress: a lot of yellow light and a lot of overexposed blown out areas. The dress also looks like a white and gold dress would look if it were in a shadow that cast a cool blue tone over it. I could only interpret it as a white and gold dress in a blue-cast shadow if I blocked out the area around the dress and my brain did not factor in the context clues of the background in the picture. Everyone is seeing the same grayish hues that make up the dress they are just interpreting it as different types of lighting modifying a dress that they are making assumptions about the true colors of.
There is a drawing that it won't let me paste a link to that demonstrates exactly this that has rectangles splitting them and using the grayish hues from the original picture.

I worked on the safari and I will say that no one has ACTUALLY fell off of the crocodile bridge, but that IS the protocol in that event. I know that they get fed from an animal programs cast member from the bridge so if anything falls towards them, they grab it before it can hit the water and it’s INTENSE. Also incredibly scary to think about that happening because the trucks only can “gas it” 8 miles an hour. 💀💀💀
Also heard horror stories about fatalities that were kept under wraps and during my program some sketchy stuff happened with a Disney college program participant. 😵💫

Honestly the fact that they spoke about each person having different food capacity made me realise I should stop being so hypocritical of myself in how much of a meal I can eat. I don’t remember the last time I properly finished a meal. I really struggle and often when eating out- reach for the kids menu knowing it would be a better portion for me, even as a fully grown woman :))

People fighting over the dress gets me every time because what no one acknowledges is that it is an optical illusion, so people are going to see it how they see it, regardless of what it actually is. I can see both. So yes, I get it’s blue and black, but sometimes I see it as white and gold due to the optics of the lighting around the dress. Jared did FINALY say this at the end of that disaster of a conversation thank god 😂
