The other Sim doctors or detectives aren't active in their work. They just stand around or they'll talk to a patient but your SIM is the only one that works. Other ppl are experiencing this too, is that a glitch??! Fucking annoying

Before you even go into work as a doctor, the game is set-up to where the two patients are already there and have been diagnosed, as in by the computer, not the SIM Dr. detectives especially don't do crap unless you're on a crime scene and they're walking around taking pics of the same thing while others sit down pretending to write. Truly a fucking rip off

I never really noticed that the songs in the Sims were based off real songs until I started recognizing a song in Sims 3 and then realized it was Evan Taubenfeld's Pumpkin Pie

It amazes me that they’re actually reading “lyrics” and not just making up gibberish and winging it. I used to think that but wow to find out someone sat down and wrote the “gibberish” for them to read is mind blowing
The Sims finally revealed very recently that the Voice Director of the Maxis Audio Department is the one responsible for the Simlish translations/lyrics! So we have to thank Jackie Perez Gratz for her excellent work simifying all The Sims 4 songs! :D I am making Simlish lyric videos on my channel if you ever want to sing along with the Simlish lyrics. :D

This expansion pack is great. I just got it couple days ago and my sim is a doctor and it's the most best thing I've ever experienced on the sims 4. The thing is that I would like you to fix though, is that you're not the only one working because my sims coworkers the only one works and he just analyzed data from the sim and my other coworker doesn't do anything she just gets in my way in my sim is giving a glitch I try to take a patient's temperature and she's in the way so my sims arm just glitches out if you could try to fix that that would be great but try not to let them do too much cause that just brings the fun out of everything but anything else it's just really good I'm so excited to play it again.

The simlish language is so funny! The sims was basically my childhood and I’ve been playing the sims 3 for awhile now. I really want the sims 4 but I think I’m gonna stick with the sims 3 cuz I like it more. ❤️
