- So I pretty much lived 30 years without knowing my blood type. Honestly, it's not something we put a lot of importance in when living in the US..but Korea is HEAVY on blood types. They divide blood types into different personality catagories as well. I hope you find this video fun and useful. Enjoy!

The Rh- means that your blood does not have the Rh protein. People with Rh+ HAVE the protein and can accept blood that either has it or doesn’t, their body will produce the protein needed if they are given Rh- blood. However, Rh- people can ONLY accept Rh- blood. Their bodies can not remove the protein once it’s there.

I remember in highschool we were learning this on biology and we discovered one of my classmates' blood type was not posible with their parents and siblings' blood type... My teacher said you should have a talk with your mom 😂

여러분 O형은 모든 혈액형에서 피를 줄 수 있고, AB은 모든 혈액형한테 피를 받을 수 있다고 하시는 몇몇 분들이 계신데 이거 엄청 위험한 소리예요ㅠㅠㅠ 생물 배울 땐 이렇게 배우는데 실제로 다른 혈액형끼리의 수혈은 거의 불가능합니다ㅠㅠㅠ 혈액형끼리 맞춰서 수혈하는 건 다 이유가 있어요ㅠㅠ 이런 방법은 매우 위험해서 아주 긴급한 상황에서 매우 소량만 사용합니다ㅠㅠㅠㅠ

I think its very important to know your blood type and let know your relatives, i case off accident you can be quickly transfuse! Also as a O type you are an universal blood donateur in cas of emergency so you can give blood to anyone :) blood donation center are really looking for this type !
