Hey Anthony and everyone else, the man that mentioned the book gave out a link to a scam. There is no free book involved, you have to pay money for it, which usually isn't a big deal, but I decided not to buy it. I closed the page and went on my day. That was last week. Today I got charged for the book that I didn't purchase and I'll be talking to my bank to get my money back. My boyfriend has been looking into it and he's found reviews over the site and everything saying that they're scamming money from people. Don't fall for it like I did. I thought I could trust it because he's an ex- CIA agent, but I guess not

The tone that guy used when describing foreign agents in America was off-putting. The guy doesn’t seem like a former intelligence officer to me... he was the only one who referred to himself as a “former CIA agent” or whatever, he wasn’t dressed nicely like the other two interviewees, he didn’t give a specific part of the CIA that he worked in, and he gave out a link to a book that’s a scam... he is screaming “phony” to me.

I love how Anthony has handled the not great situation with the socialism stopper guy, from kinda calling him out on the comment about Cuban women to liking and responding to comments about how the shirt makes people uncomfortable and how this can be taken as very pro CIA, very glad that he's actually responded to stuff instead of just pretending like it didn't happen like a lot of creators I've seen seem to do in this kind of situation

I have a really hard time trying not look suspicious when answering questions from basically any authority figure. It certainly doesn't help that I'm on the autism spectrum. I had a police officer come to my door a few years ago saying that there was a window smashed across the street, and if I'd heard anything, and I instantly started thinking "okay I need to not look suspicious here". Cue over exaggerated movements and expressions, and then because of that I felt so awkward that I began grinning, while still trying to hold the grin back. She gave me the biggest greezies I've ever seen in my whole life. I was panicking for the whole week that she'd come back and ask more questions.

Maybe consider interviewing all 3 who sign in American Sign Language (or sign in a different sign language) or 1 deaf person who only speaks, 1 deaf person who only signs and 1 deaf person who speaks and signs. Find out more about how their deafness affects them, the barriers and how they feel about society in general.

It's not that they have to do it due to legal reasons. When sponsored, content creators usually have to prepare a proposal for the sponsored content which will be reviewed by the brand that sponsors the content. Brands would of course prefer to have the sponsored content be related to their product, that's why sponsored contents are often related to the sponsor's product in some way or another.

love what Anthony does with these. As an ex journalist - i think he is wonderful and definitely has those qualities we all have of being able to get people to open up to us . but more than that anthony really takes the time to do the homework and it shows. these interviews were fascinating - as they almost always are.

All of these people are already public figures, they have all published books and Jason was on Shark Tank. I’m assuming they all have management teams that Anthony/his crew reached out to. It’s not like these people lead secret lives anymore.
Most of these people as shown at the end of the video have some sort of internet or public presence, for example pretty much all of them in this video wrote a book detailing their experiences. He probably focuses on contacting people who are already comfortable sharing their experiences with these kinds of videos and already have in the past.
