Nah Kevin Lee was a top 10 fighter at best, that was his ceiling. His gas tank sucked, his striking wasn't that great, he wasn't the most durable fighter, he didn't have great fight IQ and perhaps most importantly, he was extremely delusional.
@@madgavin7568 Kevin lee had prime Tony Ferguson fully mounted dropping bombs until the bell end of first rd. Saying Kevin lee was only top 10 at best is a casual, uninformed opinion. He was a top lightweight contender.

@@hoodflix7544 Styles make fights. Tony's wildness got him into trouble even against un-ranked fighters like Lando Vannata. But Kevin's brief success against Tony simply was not representative of how good he was, as evidenced by the losses to Al Iaquinta and RDA.

Right!? One stoppage win and the fact that she was Side Car to the Paddy hype train and all of a sudden she's mad hyped for like 3 months until her literal next fight.
In a stand up battle she’s an entertainer and goes for the ko which is rare for Wmma and I respect her for that but her GRAPPLING is just sad. Worst I’ve seen in Wmma… once she gets taken down you can just call the fight there.

Askren was kinda set up in the sense that Dana waited until he retired and was broken physically. Also Paddy will never be a top 10 fighter and will be exposed again
Top ten or not, he can fight. All that matters is that he can entertain, and stay intact.

Kevin Lee's was more of a steam powered hype train, it's more hot air than anything else.
Jake Paul thinks he was tough for knocking a man out almost old enough to be his father.
Darren till is just sad. He coulda been a top guy. A fan favorite.his confidence was shattered and he was never the same after that. Some people are revitalized after a bad loss but it just didn't happen for till.

Typical bully... Bad environment too. Like most street guys he just couldn't let go and stuck around with what he knew and was comfortable with.
He was just exposed, plain and simple. At 70' he was huge and could generate mad power, but all that physical advantages at '85 were null'd, so then his technique and skill were shown to the fullest. And yeah... He had a great left-hand, and that's about it.
for real. he had a fire in him, but he put it out himself.

You could tell from how he moved in his first fight that Askren was wayy past his prime in the UFC. The guy was stiff and slow af

That punch was just as clean as Hendo vs Bisping or Evans vs Liddell. Truly one of the best punches landed in the history of mma

MMA isn’t a true route of employment for most. Unless you can hit Connor levels, you might be able to trade concussions in for a little investment capital. Gregor got his lights shut out in a split-second, and had a two year recovery time. Where he learned that living without worrying about getting kicked in the head and damaging your brain is an option he’d prefer.

They fought in 2019 and Lawler turned 37 later that month. That's older than Askren was when he fought Masvidal, since Askren is almost two years younger than Lawler and the Masvidal fight was also in 2019.

Let's all be honest with ourselves, that fight between askren v Lawler should have been stopped after robbie fireman slammed him and beat his face in. We've seen less damage stop fights for less. Askren had no business in the UFC.
Paige was literally Ronda's Cockiness embodied from the very beginning. Only difference was Paige never lost respect for her opponents or the fight game. She never let it go all the way to her head.

I'm not a fan of Paddy but he shouldn't be on this list. Rose was not a prospect when she smashed Paige, she had already been runner up on Tuf and had multiple fights in Invicta before that.
