I remember one time I went to a Chick-Fil-A drive thru and they got my drink wrong. I went inside to ask for them to change it and the manager along with 3 other employees came up to me at the counter saying “WE ARE SO SORRY! We will get that refill to you RIGHT AWAY! And take this complimentary Spicy Deluxe Sandwich!” I have never been more happy and confused at the same time.

lol ive never had a bad popeyes experience, one time I went, and asked for extra sauce and pickle on my sandwich and got a 3 pc spicy tender and they gave me a huge ass sandwich (huge piece of chicken with all extra toppings) and a 12 piece tender. In fact, when I get their tenders I always get a couple extra.

One time when me and my mom went to chick fil a drive through my moms gearbox got stuck so we was stuck in the line holding it up in less then a minute employees came to see what was up and while they was talking to us they rerouted the line so business could flow. The employees were so nice they were going to get us a tow truck but my mom turned it down because she already had one on the way. Then one of the employees who knew about car came over to ask what was wrong to see if it was gonna be a quick fix he could solve right away. Their was like 5 employees that came over to help. Chick fil a should be rich because they are such a good well organised fast food restaurant. AND BEST OF ALL THEY LET US HAVE THE FOOD FOR FREE WE DIDNT EVEN HAVE TO PAY.
