Tav, I think you should consider a possibility of going custom. This is a Ferrari, but it is one of the more unloved Ferraris. Since it has been through a thermal event I'd say there's no real reason to try to keep it as Ferrari as possible since a lot of the parts are impossible to source.
With the Lambo keeping it OEM worked because it was already in a clean state overall, this one, interior burnt to a crisp, might as well modernise it a bit... Just a thought.

I'd put a supercharger instead of a turbo just cause:
-the engine bay is smaller than modern exotics and the turbo kit is quite big so another big risk of fire
-turbo weights more than supercharger and has more components
-you already have the Lambo wich is twin turbo, should be nice to see something different
    -the sound.
Thumbs up to convince him! Anyway i always loved and agreed what you did with your cars. Greetings from Italy 😊👋🏻 (the country who builds hot cars 🔥😂)

Tavarish In this car you should evaluate this:
Metals are comprised of a symmetrical structure of atoms known as an allotrope. Heating the metal will displace atoms from their position and the displaced atoms form a new structure. This process is known as allotropic phase transformation. Allotropic phase transformation alters the hardness, strength and ductility of the metal.
Long exposure to heat and certain heat levels will alter the stiffness of the metal.
Take a more deep advice of someone that work in this area.
It’s not to be negative, it’s the opposite.

I was thinking the same thing. And as far as the interior, just rip it all out and build function over form. Enzo would smile. Also those particular engines require an engine-out frequently. Might want to engineer the cowling and sub chassis for easy removal. If he gets a sponsor, I can see carbon entering the picture. So many possibilities for a canyon carver here.
