Am I the only one that thinks the new graphics make the female sims so much prettier? I absolutely love how the facial expressions look on them.

Everything looks better this time around. Sims 2 was also fine but the direction Sims 3 took was awful.

It's 15 seconds long, showing a sim with a slider all the way to the max-a baby could advertise the demo better than this..
it just goes with the theme of the sims 4 "create weirder stories", there's a lot of mini videos, this one shows that you can mold your sim any way you want, even if it is ridiculous :)

If you want a family tree, you could make one yourself on your sims. Using the internet, drawing one on your own, etc.

they just said that you can customize your sim how you want but
if your sim looks too crazy other sims will realize and be judgemental
on your sim's looks and a certain walk can give your sim more respect/popularity
around town "they're now so smart it's weird" also
they want people to try out the CAS.

everyone is complaining about the sims 4 but im just happy that i had a job and am on my own now and can actually afford to get a Sims game on the release date. I'm really happy. I don't care how bad it is. It's awesome to have a brand new game with new experiences and new content. I wish others could be happy and realize that EA isnt going to change their ways so either enjoy what they give us or go make a better game yourself and so how "easy" it is to add all of these things into a game last minute.

I'm so sad because there is no demo for Mac...
Before they released the demo I will admit, I wasn't very interested in getting the game- it felt like a let down, no more cas, very few options, no toddlers or pools (yes, I'm allowed to be a little sad about that because I didn't enjoy toddlers, so don't get on my back about it)...but I've played the demo and to be honest, I actually don't mind the fewer options and I think I may actually invest in the game!
I may wait a couple of day after it's released so that I can read the reviews on it etc, because I don't want to waste $90 if it's not good gameplay. But until then it seems okay :)
His legs are like they are soooooo big, these four of these sims are like they are scared when the sim is stomping, they look like they getting carried away. But I been waiting for Sims 4 on eight days, I'm telling them what is wrong with them?. But demo of mine's working as well.
I created a whole community of sims. Some died more was born. I even created a few that looked like me, but they did die of lol.
I have the demo and I'm sure that I could I stretch the thighs THAT much..

it doesnt show up in the uploads therefore you need a link to get to the video otherwise you will never know that it exists
Who knows how to change eyelashes in CAS? I've clicked everything that was clickable in the demo, but didn't find such option (it's should be possible though, considering that not all premade faces has this huge black planes for eyelashes).
You click on the eyes, then click on the preset eyes. Basically all the presets for each section can change textures and looks of the selected feature. Like increasing or decreasing eyelashes, adding a epicanthic fold, changing the jaw structure, or changing the structure/texture of the cheeks/forehead.
Does that mean there are already weird glitches in this game? Cause I'm not getting the point of this...

When I install the demo and it comes up in "my games" in Origin, it keeps asking me to install it which I have done so many times now, any advice?
The Demo Does not Work for Some Computers
If you so not have windows it will not run. So not able to run on mac
You may be able to change settings using the config.log file in the folder: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 Create A Sim Demo.
Try lowering the Resolution from there. May also help to set it to windowed (FullScreen 0)
Try running under Admin mode.
This can help Try Win 7 Compatibility mode if you are using win 8 -

Why do people even bother with the console versions of Sims games?
Yeah, I know. The PC version is the best, but I appreciate that previous The Sims games have been released for consoles for those, like me, that simply don't have a PC and prefer consoles.
