I vote for an expansion pack that has different sports our sim teens can play. Cheerleading, Gymnastics, Football, Volleyball, Baseball, etc. I know I'm reaching but since sims 2 I've always wanted a pack like that. It would be so much fun. It's a lot I know but a girl can dream.

Annoyed that there seems to be only ONE type of washer and dryer. Ambitions gave us like 3 different looks.....sigh.
The reason they did front loading is A: So they can be stacked and B: So child sims can do laundry (if they aren't stacked)
But I'm saying they could've added more...
God many times I am going have to tell this. The packs are this way because a lot players were complaining about too many unused items filling up the hard drive. I have to agree with this as my last Sims game was 2 and I had all the packs, do I really need 120 different toilets?

Brought this stuff pack today and I love it! Love all the different ways and combinations that you can wash your clothes. This stuff pack makes my game feel more realistic.
Okay honestly. I used to be a big fan of the sims franchise up until sims 3 seasons. I had every expansion and even duplicates. When this was introduced in the sims 3 I barely used this feature and turned it off because the piles of clothes left on the ground to pick up was just insanely annoying. I have never purchased any sims 4 pack after the base game was released. Feels like they charge you waaaay too much money for something they simply port over from older versions of the game. This laundry feature was included with an expansion in the sims 3 before and now they even charge you for a laundry feature in a separate pack. But yea we’re talking about EA here...
Jade something small like this should have been included in an expansion pack or update for the community, I mean seriously it's laundry. EA giving it as an option for the community to vote on is just silly. I personally love different things for the Sims and laundry is isn't anything new. As part of the voting community I'm saddened this won the votes. No originality to it. Just my opinion and no I won't be getting this one.
Jade Wrong. The community did NOT ask for a laundry pack. The devs made the community choose which stuff pack they should make next. They shouldn't have included laundry in that selection. Laundry should have been included in an expansion pack (if not in the base game). Obviously the community will choose laundry, for reasons I don't know why, especially that the other choices probably would've offered a lot more gameplay than washing your clothes. But as far as I can remember no one was like: "I want laundry to be the next stuff pack". looool.
Jade here's the thing, EA didn't ask for the communities ideas, they said here's what we are willing to make, choose something. It's the illusion of giving the community "what it wants."

Simone Msyk This was a community project before CATS and dogs came out. We just had a expansion in November probably won't get the next one til November as well.
Community just chose this though technically this could have been an actual eco pack if people didn't see laundry among a list of eco stuff. Canning, living off the grid, sewing, bee keeping, etc. The people chose laundry. Arcade stuff sounded more interesting, BLEH.

I barely own any expansions because I've been desperate to save my money and think before buying and God.. lemme tell you... Only base game and Get to Work is ... So... So... boring. The base game's replay value alone is not even a week's worth. The only fun in base game is playing with CAS.

Used this in my video today and it was only used in about a minute of the 14 minute video. Mostly because I only put in the washer and dryer, washed some clothes, and was done with that and went back to starting a vet clinic. Good looking stuff though. I like that rustic decor and stuff for a nice country feel.

I agree. I seem to still enjoy the sims 3 way more than 4. I had all expansion packs for sims 3 except for only 2-3 more, but with 4, I don't even think the sims 4 expansion packs are worth it, maybe a couple of them, but majority, no. It's disappointing that i've been playing sims since sims 1-2, and the most recent one they've made, it kinda is disappointing, I expected more. Isn't Sims 4 supposed to be better than sims 3 and the older ones? But I find Sims 2 and Sims 3 way more enjoyable.. Lately i've just been disappointed with them.

Laura R wedding, disaster, and arcade were all available from the start. We settled on eco living (my last choice), and among those were solar power, windmills, and this. I voted solar power bc it actually seemed pretty cool and windmills was ok too but nope we had to pick laundry

I love what they did with the video. There really isn't many ways to make laundry exciting 😂 I still can't believe everyone voted for this.
i dont know about everyone else but when i seen this i instantly clicked because ! i loved washing my clothes in sims 3 it just made it more realisitc !! Ive been wanting laundry for so long and im excited

I appreciate the hard work on this pack and will definitely be buying this it. I play a lot of stay at home Mom's and honestly, they run out of stuff to do very quickly lol, so this SP will be useful. I did, however, vote for Off The Grid as that seemed so new and exciting! I think it would've brought so much more depth and opened up a whole new way to play the game. I hope 🙏🏼 in the future we get the chance to see those ideas in the game. My ULTIMATE wish, is that they combined all 3 of the other options (Off The Grid, Food Preserves, Carbon Conscious) into one pack and make it a GP! That would be soo exciting

Most of Sims 4 players are dumb little kids who take their parents money. Lifelong Sim fans like me since the Sims 1 know that this game is crap and is a big sham. They had good ideas but it didnt follow through. They shouldve did an updated Sims 3, but unfortunately this Franchise is now dead. You wont be seeing a Sims 5. Ill be waiting on a new and coming competing company to make a new life Simulation game.

Off the grid - Off the Grid Lot Trait.Well Pump / Water Well,Solar Panels,Wind Turbine.
Laundry - Washing Machine,Dryer,Hamper,Clothes Line,Wash Tub.
Food preserves - Canning & Preserving,Nectar Making,Superfood Harvestable Plant.
Carbon conscious - Freegan Trait,Composter,Recycling.
Naturally the community chose the most boring option...
Zankaras the food preserves one sounds like it would add actual game content... not doing something basic as putting clothes that don’t matter in a machine that’s a waste of money -_-

I hate to be negative towards a sims pack because The sims is my favourite game franchise, but I still can’t believe people voted for laundry. I didn’t even do laundry in the sims 3, and back then it came with lots of other stuff.

I don't know if EA is just out of ideas (even though literally every one of their CUSTOMERS is telling them what they want) or if they're just being lazy, but come on! Laundry stuff? This is honestly ridiculous, this should've been in an update or included in parenthood, not it's own separate pack. $10 for a stuff pack about literally one of the most tedious chores is a huge stretch. Love the sims, but EA is taking a complete step backwards with a game that has SO much potential!
In case EA is out of ideas, here are some packs that I've seen requested multiple times on multiple platforms by a heck ton of people:
1) SEASONS
2) Road to fame/Late Night
3) Travel the World
4) University Life
5) Cars
And why hold back in the Cats/Dogs pack? Cats and Dogs aren't the only pets. Sims 3 Pets was a complete animal wonderland for me, and as much as I love the addition of Cats/Dogs, it didn't give me the excited feel of Sims 3 Pets (regardless of that creepy ice cream truck that we all low-key love).

Can you please make like a stairs expansion pack? I like to build my houses from real house plans and a lot of them have curved stairs or stairs with a landing , so it takes away the uniqueness of the house because stairs are a big staple in houses.

we're getting seasons, june 22nd. its a pricy pack but its (hopefully) worth it.
Slate Hood yes people voted for this, however at first someone suggested and eco-living pack, filled with things much like the eco-friendly objects we got in ambitions. But EA being EA didn’t want to give THAT much away for only £10 (or whatever your country’s equivalent is) so they kept on letting the people eliminate what they didn’t want to see by letting them vote and then we ended up with this very watered down pack which I’m disgusted with. I didn’t explain it very well so I recommend you check out Lazy Game Reviews’ video on this for a much better explanation. Since seasons is on the way now, fingers crossed for University!!
Yes, we do need cars and university but be thankful that they are willing to take time out of their day and make a stuff pack for you! plus when they put out random stuff packs, it means they're working on something big like an expansion, so stay optimistic and be thankful! From, a friendly simmer
