I love how at 4:10 you can see that Dwight isn't even looking at the camera, he's looking straight into the eyes of the cameraman. This show is honestly kind of genius.

That's actually good advice in the context of other situations. This is said a lot by martial arts teachers. Parents complain that they don’t want their children to participate in lessons because they don’t want them to get hurt. In response the instructors always say something along the lines of what Dwight said

I love Dwight Schrute for his honesty. He follows his own principles that do not change with situations. He is so honest, consistent and transparent. As a person who has a hard times judging people I wish everyone would be like him. Just tell me the truth even if you don't like me, I just need the truth. Dwight is my favourite charater in all television.
